2011 Resolutions

31/12/2010, the very last day of the year. Tomorrow will be another new day and another new year. I guess everyone is busy to review their resolutions for this year which had set at the beginning of 2010 whether been achieved or not. If not, come again in 2011 and start it all over again~

My 2010 review:
1. Graduated as Banking and Finance holder (MMU)
2. First class honor for my CGPA
3. Visited Singapore for my graduation trip
4. 10/10/10 my status from unemployed to employed (MBB)
5. Explored myself in KL and working life

Here come my resolutions for the year 2011. The theme for the year 2011 is about TIME! (If you all still remembered, my 2010 theme is about Interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills).

2011 Resolutions:
1. Time Management
2. People Oriented than Task Oriented
3. First Mover, not Follower
4. Creative, Innovative, and Brilliant Ideas
5. Improve on attitude, writing and communication skills in 3 main languages

Time is Life. Do not waste more times, as it goes, and we didn't fully utilized the time, ends up we're just nothing! Be flexible on everything!

AFF Cup Champion!

MALAYSIA team had made it! We had won the AFF Suzuki Cup 2010. We beat Indonesia with the aggregate score of 4-2. Once again, I would like to congratulate the Malaysia players for playing so well in the final match. I'm so delighted with the result!

A group of us had decided to Putrajaya big screen to give a full support to our Malaysia team. The place was crowded with peoples that carry a same mission, is to see the Malaysia bring the throphy back. The environment was just like in Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil where we can hear the shout, drum and trumpet all around. The best moment was when Safee Sali had scored the opening goal and the peoples were shouted for "GOAL!!!!!"..

If given 3 choices to pick the player of the match, I will go for Khairul Fahmi Che Mat (GK), S. Kunalan (MID) and Safee Sali (ST) besides the coach, K.Rajagobal. Their performance were on top during the match with Indonesia. Fahmi had did a great job by saved many shots on target balls + 1 penalty. Kunalan had created many chances to the team as he took the wing position and Safee (the top goal scorer) had a great finishing in both (first leg and second leg) match! Awesome~~

PM had rewarded the national team and all Malaysian citizen a public holiday on Friday 31/12/2010 due to their great sucess in the AFF Suzuki Cup!

Finally, I can online!! Guess what? I just bought new laptop for myself. DELL XPS 14 is the model that I choosed this time. I switched the service to DELL after had tried the service of Acer (my first laptop) for the past 5 years. Hopefully this one won't make me feel regret and disappointed =). It's cost me RM2,999 and the mode of payment is 12 months installment with 0 interest(where the only way I afford).

Hmm... Just 2 days before the decision of buying new laptop, I had bought the perfume for myself. It's BURBERRY BRIT. Actually I had hunting for perfume long time ago, just can't really decide on what brand suit me the most. But, at last I had found this brand quite suit me. So, decided to give it a try. At that time, they having promotion and I can get a set of perfume (Perfume + shave cream + shower gel) for only RM300.

This 2 items already boost up my expenses. But, buying these things just to reward ourself from daily hard work. So, I think it shouldn't be a matter as long as we know the limit of spending. Spend rationally and wisely wouldn't give much impact on us. Problems will only occur when we start to spend without proper planning.

Today is the first leg of Piala Suzuki Final match between Malaysia and Indonesia which held in Stadium Bukit Jalil. My friends and I went to the MBB Cafe to watch and give support to our national team. In fact, the national team did not disappoint us and the whole Malaysia supporters, where Malaysia won Indonesia 3-0.. A great game from Malaysia and I'm truly satisfied with their performance. Second leg will be held this Wednesday in Stadium Bung Karno, Indonesia. Malaysia is already 50% to win the title, just need to defend for the last 90 minutes to grab the trophy back to Malaysia!!~~

After watching the football match, we headed to OldTown for a drinks. It's seems like our culture to have a little gathering on Sunday(first day of meeting after most of us will going back home in weekends). It was a nice session where all of us make fun and jokes + laugh loudly. Happy to hang out with u guyz~.. "Kaki Buat Kecoh"..Haha!

It's time to sleep... tomorrow another new day and new week... Looking forward~~!!

Back to School (MA)

Don't ever think the phrase 'back to school' is specifically for students only. It's also apply to my current life. 'Back to school' for me means back to my training center in Bangi to resume my courses for 2 weeks.

This is basically a life of a newbie, a.k.a. trainee like me.. I believed every job that we did must undergo a training for a certain period of time. The main purpose is to train and to understand more deeper about the company business organization, culture and most importantly, what the company is doing.. So, training is much important!

When my training starts, it seems like my blog also have to be in 'inactive mode'.. I not mean that I'm busy with training and no time for updating my blog, just that I do not have my own laptop to access to internet~ [Hopefully I could solve this problem immediately =)]..

Not going to write long story here.. It's already 1.50am and I need to take a rest now.. 8.30am have to be at airport and the flight depart at 10am..

Those Days....

Non-stop raining and it rains heavily. The weather is so cold and make me feel lazy and just want to be at home. Initially, I plan to invite some friends for having 'yamchar' session this evening, but the weather make me 'put the plan aside'..

While at home doing nothing, suddenly I'm thinking back the past. 'The Past' that I mean is during my University lifetime. Frankly, I miss the University time. There're so many sweet and sour time happened for the past 4 years. The moment of "Laugh together, Mad together, Sigh together" were really unforgettable. Here are some of the moments that're still fresh in my mind until today:

(a) Having revision with Wei Bing for Statistic subject until 2.30am

(b) Stanley will be the last to report in group before we start our group journey to class

(c) Night time lepak with Jaslynn, Siew San, Steffi, Chui Woon, Wei Bing, Alex, Stanley and Kok Kin besides the Ixora Swimming Pool

(d) Yifa and De Kai sending me to Pantai Hospital for suspected dengue

(e) All group leader discussing outside Mr. Halim room to decide who'll be the event director (All in blured and kan chiong face)

(f) Discussion and meeting for the event (especially basement of Ixora Apartment)

(g) Indah assisted me in producing video and many more for our event project

(h) Huey Lian be our driver for Friday Pasar Malam (Malim) and outing during weekends

(i) Stanly who contributed me the most for my birthday (5)

(j) Johnson Lim help me out when I'm in blurring moment & accompany me whole day for choosing the present for her.

(k) Kim Thor sacrified his sleep hours just to listen to my story

(l) Group to Genting and Group to Singapore

There're more sweet memories and if I continue to list, I wont be able to finish list it. Although there're some I miss out, it doesn't mean I forget. All the 4 years memories will store forever and ever in my life...

DORMANT - the only word that I could use to describe my current blog. It's been around 3 months I didn't blog since the last post. Sorry to those who're waiting for my updated post and I couldn't update the blog as regular as before because I do not have laptop with me during my work time. So, I will just update the blog when I have the chances to do so.

After struggling for quite a period of time for finding job, finally I managed to get a job. Thanks to Malayan Banking Berhad (MBB) for offered me a job title 'Credit Analyst' under Graduate Credit Trainee (GCT) program. I joined the program since 11 October 2010. The program started with 4 months training (Classroom + Attachment) and then will be posted to business centre / branch after the training period.

The overall program up to now is okay, just that the flow of the program is somewhat troublesome. I have to travel here and there for the past 1 and half month, even hard for me to find a place to stay during my branch attachment. It's okay when this flow apply to local, but how about outstation people like me? Carrying the whole bag move here and there. Oh gosh!

For the classroom training, I would appreciate those materials provided to me as I think it's quite useful to give a brief explanation about the entire courses. Not only that, the overall trainers assigned were full of experienced. So, they can shared their experienced and knowledge while explaninig to us. MBB Medan Tuanku was the branch for my 1st attachment. All of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Sometimes, they're funny too... I had learned a lot of new things during the 3 weeks attachment and I'm appreciated those staffs who really taught and guided me throughout the period.

Now I'm having my 2nd training (Business Centre training) in Kuala Terengganu BC. One week had past, left 2 more weeks for me to 'learn' at there... (Hopefully I manage to learn something new for the coming 2 weeks). Up to now, I could say the training in BC is kinda boring. The quiet environment and everybody's busy with their stuffs make me feel 'empty' with the training. It's like doing nothing! I really wish that I could 'lend them my hand' and at the same time, I'll be given chances to practice some on the job tasks. If not, I cant imagine how my day will be for the next 2 weeks. Pray hard to GOD.

GRADUATED Banking & Finance 2010!!!

I'm GRADUATED!!
I'm OFFICIALLY GRADUATED!!
BBA (HONS) BANKING & FINANCE 2010~

02.08.2010, a date to remember in my life where I'm officially declared as a degree holder of Banking & Finance in Multimedia University.

Wake up at 5am in the morning to prepare myself for my convocation ceremony which held in MMU Cyberjaya Campus. My family and I depart from Sunway to Cyberjaya and the duration is only 18 minutes. We reached Cyberjaya at 6.20am.. Oh My God, I'm one of the early birds among graduates.. Haha~ Just because want to get nearer parking lot.. =)

After the final smart card verification, I noticed that the Cyberjaya campus became crowded and crowded as time passed. I met many of my friends from different majoring in that early morning. Around 7.10am, the working committee arranged us for the gathered room, as the parents were move to their seats prepared by the committee in the grand hall. After 15 minutes, the graduates had to line up and ready to enter the grand hall to start the convocation ceremony.

The ceremony starts right after the arrival of our respective Chancellor, Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali. The ceremony of giving away the scroll by the Tun Chancellor began with the Accounting students, followed by Banking & Finance and the rest. I'm number 203 graduates who received the scroll from Tun Chancellor. I'm proud to receive the scroll from Chancellor herself.

The scroll giving ceremony ended after 4 hours. It's the time for Permata Dunia before we leave the hall. For those who don't know what Permata Dunia is, it is the official song for our MMU. While the song played, my tears dropped. Don't ask me why.. Perhaps I'm too happy with my self-achievement and at the same time hold a name of Graduated Banking & Finance student! The students stand beside me looking at me wiping my tears away.. Lolz!

When I'm out from the hall, the first thing is to find my family members~ It's a MUST.. I received flowers from my family and we took few family photos. Again, my tears nearly dropped once I looked at my family members, especially both my parents. Without your continuous support and encouragement, I couldn't made it this time.. Thanks dad and mom.. Proud to be your eldest son! Not forgotten my naughty brother.

After the session with my family, the time is surely for my lecturers and friends. I took quite many photos with my lecturers and friends during the time. But sadly, not all the friends I can took with. Some of the friends could be labeled as "missing" because the campus was too big and crowded with peoples. It's common when it come to lost. Unfortunately, the cell phone could not be used at the moment. So, I just took photos with friends that I met. For those friends who I failed to met, so sorry for that and hope we can meet again!

Importantly, I had took photos with my 3 bros' and 1 sis' (My lecturers) namely Mr. Effandi (My Lecturer since my foundation studies until the very last moment of my FYP supervisor), Mr. Tan (My Lecturer for Management, Statistic and Research Methodology), Mr. Ng (My Lecturer for International Finance) and Ms. Ong (My tutor for quite a number of subject).. To all my lecturers, thanks for teaching and guiding me all the time in my university life. Your contribution is much appreciated. I wouldn't have today without you.. =)

After taking photos for some time, it's time to say goodbye to all my lecturers and friends. I had to rush back my hometown right after the convocation ceremony. So, I only have limited time to spend with my friends for photo session. I returned back my robe at 1.20pm and leaved Cyberjaya at 1.30pm... At that time, I just realised that I haven't took my breakfast and lunch.. I'm so excited and happy until I had forgotten I haven't took a single meal.. That time I was extremely hungry..

To all my friends: Congratulations upon your graduation!! Good luck and all d best in your future undertaking.. Take good care and keep in touch.. Let's frame our sweet and sour memories together.. Friendship forever!!

Activities Continues.....

The progress of updating my blog about the story of my activities after my studies continues.. After the outing with the KS Group, my next plan was outing with my FYP Supervisor, Mr. Fendy. This outing could be labeled as small group outing because it consists of 4 peoples, including Mr. Fendy.

We went for a movie in the afternoon and continues with the Sing K session at night (17-05-2010). The movie that we watched was a Chinese movie and it was kinda boring. I still managed to hear a "sleepy sound" from the behind row. I'm not really remember about the movie title.

The Sing K session was awesome. We at first had chosen few Malay song and sing together. I noticed that Stanly was not so good in singing Malay song, maybe he very rare to "put his ear" on Malay song. But for Kim Thor and I, it should not be a problem to us.. During the singing session, I realized that Mr. Fendy has little talent in singing.. His singing skill, not bad! I was enjoying the Alleycats' and Peterpans' song during that night.. After that, we mixed around with the Chinese and English song..

The session ends around 11.40pm and all of us headed back home..

KS Group Outing

KS Group outing held the same day as my Banking Night. So, after my gathering with my coursemates in Banking Night, I had joined my KS Group Members for the sing K session at GoGo KTV. This outing could be considered as our KS Group last outing in Melaka before all of us separate with each other.

All members are singing happily and even some are posting the pattern like organizing a concert.. Ahaha~ Very funny... In the middle of the session, Kim Thor and I had picked a song entitled "I dont want to miss a thing" - AeroSmith and we are shouting crazily, not singing that song.. Anyway, it was a nice one~

We left GoGO KTV at 1.40am and we proceeded to our next station, Klebang beach for pillow talk session.. Before that, we had drive thru McD and bought some nuggets to feed our itchy mouth in the middle of the night. All of us chit chat, sharing the funny stories together, joking together and took photos together.. We enjoyed the night very much. The pillow talk session ends at 4am..

To all my KS Group Members, I'm glad to become 1 of the member in this group.. U all really "KS".. No "KS", life will be bored and colorless.. Ahaha~ Appreciate the time we spent together yea :) All d best in the future and do keep in touch .. Friendship Forever!

Banking & Finance Night 2010

Our last exam for the last trimester was on 13th May 2010. At night, Banking and Finance students had organized "Banking & Finance Night 2010" at Shibaraku. The purpose of this night is to have a last gathering among banking and finance students and lecturers before all of us separate with each other and enter into next stages of life.

The night attended by roughly 60 students and 5 lecturers. The night not only to fill in our empty stomach, but also chit-chatting among friends and lecturers, sharing opinions and jokes around and most importantly, took lots and lots of photos. Due to the limited space of the shibaraku restaurant, all of us have to sit separately and have to move around to reach our friends who sit at different tables.

At here, I would like to thanks to Vincent, Christopher and Kim Leng for successfully organized this banking and finance night. Without their hardwork and planning, this night would not be able to successfully organize. Thanks would also goes to the 5 lecturers who sacrificed their time to join us for the banking night. Hope all of you enjoyed yourself during that night...

BnF Badminton Closed Championship

Last Sunday, Banking and Finance (Delta Year 2010) students had organized a badminton closed championship. The purpose of this tournament is to strengthen the friendship among the classmates besides of having a healthy lifestyle of playing sports besides the campus life.

So, there was a total of 8 participants for Men Single, 9 pairs for Men Doubles, 4 pairs for Woman Doubles and 5 pairs for Mixed Doubles. There is no woman single category because there is too less participant for this category, so we decided to cancel this category. Since this tournament is more to like friendly matches between classmates, so the format of the tournament is team format for men single and men doubles while round robin style for woman doubles and mixed doubles. The top 2 rank for each team will enter into semi-finals for men single and men double while the woman doubles and mixed double winners are based on the rank in the league.

The matches started at 10am in the morning and ends approximately 9.15pm.. I could said this tournament is the longest marathon played ever in my life. It was extremely tired of playing for such long hours, but still, it was a great experience and nice play with my coursemates too. Mr. Tan Pei Kian and Mr. Shukor had been invited to giving the medal to the winners in the prize giving ceremony.

Special thanks to Mr. Shukor Masuod who sponsored our event. The thanks also would goes to Mr. Tan Pei Kian and Ms. Tan Nya Ling for sponsored us the kuih-muih, breads and waters. Thanks so much!

Waiting for final exam

The busyness of life for the final trimester in university going to end soon. The "Final Year Project" which had started doing since year 2009 had submitted on last Monday. The presentation will be held on next week. Furthermore, the moderator list for banking and finance students have not release yet, so I have to wait patiently and see whether I'm having fate with which lecturer (Hopefully a good 1).. Hehe~

Tomorrow I'm having the second last presentation in my university life (last will be FYP presentation) which is the International Finance subject. Sincerely to say, there is nothing to nervous or worry when come to presentation for a final year student because we had trained and polish our presentation skills since alpha (4 years back). So, I guess final year student should have no problem when come to presentation.

Last Saturday, I had been invited for an event organized by Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) on FBL Appreciation for High Achievers. It begins with a talk by Mr. Halim.. A very meaningful talk.. I love the talk very much... It lets me think in different ways.. Different perception.. Find my own objectives of life.. Actually, we're nothing in this world if we live without purpose. Thanks, Mr. Halim... Next, I had been assigned under Ms. Ong Shuk Wern for the group discussion and basically to discuss about the issues and problem facing by the students.. It's fun when seeing those juniors sharing their complaints.. Hahaha! Next is the lunch time and award ceremony.. Congratez to Vincent Chan for winning an award for the director post for IBF event..

Last Midterm Break

Since this semester is the last semester for me in my MMU degree life, so this midterm break can be considered as my last midterm break in MMU. So, I must fully utilize my 1 week of break in my hometown.

As usual, the midterm break will turn colorless and boring if my hometown buddies do not have a break at the same time with me. Therefore, I already expected that most of my time will be only spent at home. Luckily the assignments do help me to kill the free time. If not, I can't imagine the life with only "eat,sleep,astro,facebook,music". Haha! But still, the life in hometown just relax, relax and relax!! A stress-free place~

Yesterday, I received a call from Kim Thor who had invited me for a "keropok session" this evening. At the same time, I was quite curious with his invitation because this is the first time he invited me when both of us in KT. Guess what, finally his car is available for him to drive. Hehe.. Honda City.. A nice car~

This morning, again I received a call from him sayings that one of our MMU friend (Kuah Ku Yen San) is in KT after a 3D2N at Pulau Redang. So, automatically the plan changed. Kim Thor fetch me up at 5pm and we straight away headed to "Mak Long" stall for "keropok session".. We get a positive respond from Yen San for the keropok - "Not bad, Nice!".. Hehe.. After that, we bring her to visit few famous places in KT (seriously, too limited places) such as Pulau Duyong, Batu Burok and Masjid Terapung.
The outing ends at 7.30pm.

To Yen San, hope you really enjoy yourself in Terengganu. We're so sorry because there's too little places that we can bring you to visit. Hope to see you again in Terengganu! Haha~ To Kim Thor, thanks for become the driver of the day and thanks for the keropok lekor... Terima Kasih, Boss!

Different-Unique-Special

If the readers try to guess what is the content of this post based on the title, I'm pretty sure that there are so many question marks immediately appear in their head and start to think off what's so special about this post? Actually, it is nothing so special and unique for this post. Maybe I treated the way I went back hometown for this time is different with the past times.

As mentioned in the last post, I sit for the 7am trip to KL this morning to meet up my family who waited for me over there. I'm going back hometown with my family for the first time since I entered MMU. The feelings was different. It's much enjoyed and relaxed if compared to sit the 8-hours journey bus. Not only that, I still can experienced to become the driver. Before that, I would like to special thanks to my 2 buddies, Johnson Chuah and Chin Keat for teaching me the proper ways from Puduraya to Sunway Pyramid. Without the assisted from the 2, I would not be able to reach to the place on time. Furthermore, I had being granted a chance to become a driver for a kinda short distance journey (MARAN-SG ULAR).. I'm not dare to drive for long journey mainly because I'm extremely tired due to the sleepless night on the night before. We reached home safely sharp at 5.30pm..

Tonight, I had make a new friend. Her name is Siew Wei. After a while of chat, we just realized that I'm her senior and she is my junior. We're Banking & Finance student! Actually before this, I could said we know each other (through facebook), but we do not have a chance for a chit-chat (considered don't know each other). So, after an hour of chit-chat with her, I noticed that she is a type of happy go lucky girl, friendly and sometimes funny.. Hehe~ That's my comments for you on our first chit chat session lo hor.. Nothing much can be tracked on the first time chit-chat.. Hope you satisfied with it ya.. :P

I felt very tired.. Lack of proper rest and sleep for few days already.. I shall go to bed now... Nitez, MALAYSIA!

Mid-Term Break

Finally, I managed to update my blog.. Recently, I was busying with my preparation of midterm examination which was over today (There is another midterm after the break). After the Offshore Banking midterm exam which was held on last Wed, this week is the turn of International Finance (03-03-10) and E-commerce (04-03-10) midterm test. Although the format of the exam for both subjects were easier compared to the first subject, but I can feel the study pressure while doing the revision. Perhaps, the 2 subjects were continuously running the exam.. I really hate the feeling and almost fall sick for the past few days. Luckily, I could overcome the pressure.

There is still left for Financial Derivatives midterm test which will be held after the midterm break. Now, midterm break is begins. But, this semester of 1 week break seems like not a break for me (perhaps just break from no need going to class). I have tonne of assignments which are pending for quite a long time. I shall fully use my 1 week of break to settle my assignments + FYP.. Seriously, I have to settle all that assignments or else I will be killed by someone for keep delaying my works.. Aihz..

Actually, I'm just came back from drinking session with few of my friends. We are about very long time did not having drinking session because everybody is busy in this hectic semester. We went to Pillow Bar for drinking session and chit-chat session. Although we're meeting almost everyday, but still we have a lot of topic to chat. We headed to the next station, which was the Limbongan drink station since few peoples were hungry. Again, our table become the focus table when our "laughing volume" managed to attract some of the tables around us~ Nice outing with u guyz.. Few photos to be shared at the bottom of the post..

4.45am.. and I'm still update my blog.. I should have a nice sleep tonight due to few days continuous lack of sleeping hours. But, I choose not to sleep because I have a KL trip at 7am.. I go with the purpose of meeting my family over there.. This time, I'm going back hometown with my family.. So, to avoid any problems happen, I rather choose not to sleep and wait for the time to pass.. 2 weeks before I just came back from my hometown.. Now, is the time for me to back again.. Wahaha~ Miss my little home very much..

CNY Post

Today is the 12th day of Chinese New Year, which means 3 more days Chinese New Year will come to an end. I guess everybody still in the new year mood although it's already the 12th day, so do I. Basically, this post is to recall back the events that happened throughout the past 12 days of CNY..

During the Day 1 of CNY, there was a "little open house" in my house. Many friends and relatives did visit and chit-chat on Day 1 of CNY. That time was a great opportunity to meet with my relatives and friends who I did not met up for almost a year. All of us eat,drinks, chit-chat happily. Due to the limited space of my house, they had to make a move after a some while in my house. Haha~ so paiseh..

Day 2 will be the day whereby my family and I did started for our new year visiting to parent's friends and relatives house. As past few years, Day 2 will go to visit my aunt house. But, this year, her family went for holiday. So, we switched to alternative plan whereby we visit to Kelantan (Pasir Puteh) to my aunt's house. Again, I had the opportunity to meet back all my relatives. I could said I just met them once a year. Huhu~

The New Year visiting continues up to Day 6 of CNY. Basically, I will meet up with my friends for friend's house visiting starting Day 4 of CNY. As usual, the new year visiting house will be spent for quite longer time in each house if all of us playing cards, and it automatically cutting down the number of houses that we had planned to visit.

On the night of Day 6, my secondary school friends had organized a "drink session". I'm quite suprised once I reached the cafe because it was almost 25-30 peoples who join for the "drink session".. It was a great night spent by us. I could said some of friends were totally lost contact since we left secondary school, but luckily the "drink session" did connect us back~ We had went for 2 cafe for our "drink session" since the first cafe was too crowded and the space is somewhat limited. Before the session ends, we did took few photos. The photos will be available at the bottom of this post.

Day 7 of CNY was kinda moody CNY because have to back to Melaka to continue the semester. The next day, I did went to my 2 buddies house for chinese new year visiting. After the visiting, I had to switch back my mood to study mood because I'm having first midterm exam on Wednesday (last night). Sigh.. Totally no mood to do revision, because still in new year mood. Lol! Hopefully the result won't be too bad for me~

3 days remaining of CNY.. Do hope my friends will organize some activities. I wish the remaining days of CNY will be fill with joy and fun! Waiting..........

Pure Nights (10-02-2010)

On Wednesday, a small group of Banking students had organized a "Pure Party" at Pure Bar. There was a total of 7 peoples had joined this small gathering. Once reached there, I had met with some of Marketing students who went to the "Ladies Night" as well.

The bar started to feel "hot" when the time reached 12am. Everybody is turn on their "club mood".. The time mix together with the feel of having "British Tea"-Carlsberg + the club hitzz played by DJ. After some while of clubbing, 4 of us had shared a cup of "Lamboghini". It takes only few seconds for us to finish up, but after some while, the effects had came. 4 of us started to feel headache and nearly to drunk when continue having beers after that.

I had stopped drinking earlier while I saw others still enjoying. Thanks GOD, I'm not n the drunk condition and I managed to drive HIS car back. HE totally drunk. The moment of time with HIM was extremely funny. Unfortunately, while in the blur situation, HE had lost something valuable. I'm so sorry because I failed to help YOU to find it out.

After this, I hope there is more gathering with Banking student and I do hope more peoples will join for the gathering next time. It was fun!

New JJ + Jonker + Friends Cafe (6-2-2010)

Last Saturday, Huey Lian had invited few of us for a shopping in new J.Jusco. For your information, this Jusco is the 2nd Jusco in Melaka and importantly, is the largest Jusco in Malaysia. The grand opening was on 05-02-2010.

After 10 minutes upon our arrival, there was a short lion dance performance at the 2nd floor of Jusco. So, all of us went to the place and watch the performance. The overall performance just took roughly around 15 minutes. After that, all of us make a separate shopping (due to the complex is too big and each of our preference of shop are different). After shopped around 2.5 hours, we felt hungry and decided to find some food to fill our stomach. Initially, we planned to go for Taiwan Food Restaurant but ends up turn disappointed. The staff told us have to wait for 45 minutes until the food get served. OMG! So, we went to the place where me and De Kai not really prefer to go (Sushi King). But, we think that, just have a try again on those food. I could say the food is still ok for me, but NOT sushi. I hate that! I had ordered Takoyaki! I love that!

Done with Sushi King session, we continue spending our time in the complex. Kim Thor and I had passed through a stall selling fresh coconut (The method they process the coconut was really awesome!) and we bought it. On the way to the food court to enjoy our coconut drinks, I saw a stall inside Jusco selling Takoyaki. Guess what? Kim Thor and I again ordered for Takoyaki (Deeply fall in love to Takoyaki after eating in Sushi King). We reached the foodcourt but there was no space for us to sit. Quite disappointed with peoples who just sitting there for no reason although they saw others are looking for seat. Finally, we managed to get the seat.

We spent a total of 5 hours in Jusco. The time we leave there was around 7.30pm. So, we headed to our next destination (Jonker Walk). Jonker was decorated nicely with beautiful tang lung and a beautiful night view as well. The place was also crowded with peoples (local + tourists). After that, Johnson joined us for the jonker short session. Then, we make a move to Friends Cafe. All of them were hungry and having dinner there. I just ordered a glass of Chocolate Banana Ice Blended and it tastes good.

Time flies. Today is the last day of January 2010, which means still has the remaining of 11 months for the year 2010 to complete.

January, I could said not a good month and not a good start for the year 2010 for me. Everything seems went wrong for what I had planned and what I had did. The things that I expected at last turn me disappointed. January is a moody month for me (UNHAPPY MONTH). Luckily during my "down" period, few of my buddies do really cheer me up, give me spirit to continue overcome my hard time. Thank you very much to my friends who really support me (You Know Who You Are). I really understand the important of FRIENDS in our daily life.

Besides, I also noticed that the month of January is an "active" month for most of my friends. Most of them started to involved in sports. It directly influenced me. Some activities that we played are jogging, badminton, basketball, gym... It's good to have a healthy lifestyle.. Keep it on!! :D

February coming soon. I do hope I will have a better days in the month of February. Looking forward into 'month of shortest days in a year'. Currently I had enter into Chinese New Year Mood.. 2 weeks more for CNY~

Kap Siao Group 1st Trip

Finally, the 1st trip of this group had been successfully organized. Previously, many plans had been planned by the group's organizer, but seems like not even a trip was a success trip. The meaning of 'not a success trip' was either the plan had been cancel or the members who join for the particular trip did not exceed 75%.

On 22nd January 2010, the group had organized a short trip to Genting and KL for 3D2N. I could said almost all the members of the group had joined this trip, except few members who really can't make it. Overall, the trip was fun although I could see everybody was tired after the trip. It's a nice trip and I do hope more upcoming trips in this coming months.

Sports Week

1st week of the last semester had passed. I'm just back from the last lecture class of the week (E-commerce) and the class was kinda noisy + lecturer explanation speed was very fast. I guess the class started to become noisy because the lecturer's speed was too fast and the student might lost interest on it.

I would called the week as Sports Week for the whole week 1. The reason why is because I had being actively in sports for the week. It begins with the jogging activity with Huey Lian, Ying Nong, De Kai and Kim Thor in Taman Rekreasi Ayer Keroh on last Monday. After the jog, the mind and body feel very fresh but unfortunately, both of my leg get minor injured due to the size of the shoes not suit with my size of leg. It was a nice jogging session with all of you.

On Tuesday, I had being invited by Stanly Gan for playing basketball. I had agreed and 4 peoples involved in this game, who are Stanly, Kim Thor, Chun Wei and Me. Although the playing style was simple, again, it was a nice game and all of us play happily. The main purpose of the sports is to have a healthy life, not to see who is the winner and who is the loser.

Today (Thursday), Chun Wei had planned for a badminton match. Overall, 6 peoples (Chun Wei, Vinz, Johnson, De Kai, Sing Yien and Me) had joined for this game and we played in MBMB Hall, Bukit Beruang from 4pm - 6pm. First of all, thanks to Vinz for help us to book the court (The procedure is a bit leceh). Anyhow, I could say everyone is playing and showing a good performance during the match.. Awesome! Hope to have the match again next week. =)

Playing sports is tiring, but after play the sports, I can feel of the fresh mind and body. Not only that, it also give me a healthier lifestyle and be more closer to each of my friends.

A Nice Weekend

Friday and Saturday considered as weekends in Terengganu. Last Friday, my family and I had decided to visit to Kelantan. The purpose is to buy some CNY clothes and do some window shopping. But for me, it's to make my day more beautiful rather than being boring staying at home doing nothing. It's tiring after the whole day of shopping, but nice shopping with my family.

This morning, wake up at 7.15am in the morning to attend the "Program Bakti Remaja" organized by ADUN Bandar (YB Toh Chin Yaw) as the representative of whole state government. The program suppose to start on 8am - 9am. But unfortunately, the program starts at 9.30am and it begins with the speech of few members of the MCA Terengganu.

Around 11am, there is a tea break session and after that, peoples who attended are required to line up to get the voucher before exchange with the RM200.00 cash. Thanks to the state government of Terengganu. If the BLUES want to win the heart of rakyat in the future, it's better to develop the state well + concern on what's the rakyat needs and wants. :D

Tonight, I going back to Melaka again to continue my last semester in MMU which will begins on this coming Monday. I hope everything going smoothly during the last semester and I will enjoy myself for the last semester in degree life. On the other hand, I felt regret of the ERU of MMU in this trimester. Up to now, the result for the last semester has not been release. I had been waiting since last Wednesday (Normally, the result will be released on the Wednesday of 3rd week of trimester break). I hope ERU can improve their work efficiency in the future so that MMU will remain competitive in the education world!

I could said today (14-01-2010) is the first time I having drinking session with Kim Thor in Kuala Terengganu - a best friend that I get closer when we're both in MMU.

I had promised him that both of us will out for a drinking session before he going back to Melaka. So, I had choose today (2.30pm) for our drinking session since he will going back tonight. Our venue of the drinking session is in First Station. Unfortunately, i had late for about 30 minutes due to traffic jam.. Sorry thor for the half an hour delay. Hope you don't mind..

We had spent around 2 hours for our drinking session. During the 2 hours, we had shared our stories that happened currently and also in the past. Thor had shared many of his life stories + valuable experience to me.. (The content of course Private & Confidential). After that, his turn to listen to my story.. I'm in dilemma.. Luckily you give me support, you give me spirit, you give me some brilliant opinions and suggestions! Thanks bro! Appreciate it so much! I'm very lucky to have a best friend like you~

We headed home around 5pm. Actually plan for a longer session, but Thor seems haven't pack his thing for tonight going back to Melaka. So we ended our session and we shall continue in Melaka. Haha~

A Visit to Hospital SNZ

I wake up early, around 8.10am this morning to go to the hospital. Opps.. I'm not sick, I'm just healthy.. The purpose I went to the hospital in the early morning is to accompany my grandma for her follow-up check up. Her appointment was at 9am. So, we reached the hospital around 8.50am.

Honestly, I didn't go to the hospital for a long time. I remembered the last time I went there when the name of the hospital was still Hospital Kuala Terengganu (HKT). But now, the hospital had changed its name to Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah (HSNZ). After we got our number to wait for the turn, the time shown was 9.20am. Unfortunately, we had to wait for around 2 hours to be served by the doctor! We entered the room sharp at 11.15am! Haiz.. The 2 hours time past so slow.. Truthfully, I'm very bored while waiting and wish the hospital has wireless connection so that I can surf the net. But unluckily, "my wishes will only come true in my dream!" During the 2 hours time, I just can see the nurses and hospital staffs walk here and there, busying with their stuffs plus the patients who wait patiently to be served by the doctor.

After my grandma get served by the doctor, we went to the pharmacy counter to collect her medicine. We leave the hospital sharp at 12pm. A boring but nice experienced for me today when accompanied my grandma to the hospital.

A Moment to Remember

A drink session on 6th January 2010 at The 2 Cafe. The nice environment is good for chit-chat. I'm quite happy to meet back my old friends which I didn't meet them for a long time. The session held around 2 hours.

During our chit chat session, we had chat about few interesting topic. One of the topic is we try to recall back the things had happened during our secondary life. After that, I just realised how naughty I am during my secondary... Wahaha~ Nice memories.. Although became a librarian during 2003-2005, but I'm still naughty and "suka buat bising!"

Suddenly, Tze Ping had raised a topic of the seating position during Form 2. All of us had cracked head to think of how the position look like and I totally no idea on the position. I just can remembered the person I sit with only (Of course my buddy, Johnson Chuah). Tze Ping had raised this topic because he suddenly think of a funny things during "History Class" that made the teacher very angry of our class- famous class [2D - year 2002].

After that, all of us sharing the story of our current university life. I can concluded that the UTAR students were extremely rich. Their house was fully furnished and they even have a big plasma TV, Astro, Big Sofa, and even projector in their house. They really enjoy their university life till the max! Wuhoo!

All of us headed back home around 11.40pm.. Since some my friends have to work on the next day, we have to end the session earlier. But for me, 11.40pm can consider as "The Night Is Still Young!" Lol~

Hope to have a drink session with all of them again soon~ ... Miss ^_^

Today is the 3rd day for the year 2010. I had decided to change the new template and new title for my blog. As peoples said, new year must have something "new"... The purpose is just to improve further from what we had did for the past. Haha!

Basically, the color of the template for the year 2010 will be a bit darken compared to last year's template. It brings no meaning as just to set darker background for my blog. Will it look nicer or the previous one nicer? Lol..

While for the title of my blog for the year 2010, I had changed to "Thoughts.Memories" to replace "Journey of Thousand Miles Begins By A Single Step". I believed those peoples who frequently visited to my blog, once they heard the phrase of "Journey of Thousand Miles Begins By A Single Step", they will think of me~ Thank you so much, readers! But, from now on, "Thoughts.Memories" ya...

As we know, I will end my degree life in MMU in May 2010. So, i will pen down all my thoughts into my blog and frame it into my memories~ So, the title of "Thoughts.Memories" will be quite suitable for 2010~

I reached K.Terengganu at 6.16am this morning. Before safely reached here, I had faced a critical situation before to Melaka Sentral. The story begins:

"The bus trip was at 10pm.. and I received the call from Kim Thor at 9.25pm (After he had came back and prepared).. So, we went to EP to look for a taxi to fetch us to Sentral. Unfortunately, when we reached there, there was no taxi available and we had decided to wait for a taxi to passby beside the road side.. We had waited for around 5 minutes but still no taxi around.. Finally, Kim Thor had asked for Calix's help to fetch us to Sentral and the time already 9.37pm... (Super "Kan Chiong" that moment - Thinking of will miss the bus back hometown)... Thanks to Calix who had agreed to fetch us and we reached there around 9.52pm.. Still have 8 minutes left.. Thanks GOD.. "

In the bus, 2 of us had chit-chat around and shared our stories to each other. Hmm.. afterall the conclusion, we are still under the same situation la, dude.. :) Nothing much different between yours and mine... After somewhile, he fall asleep (Tired because of the full scheduled perhaps) and I continue listening to my music which accompanied me most of the journey time. Honestly, I'm not able to sleep well last night after the incident of a bus accident happened in Perak 2 days ago.

This morning, I had joined my family members for the breakfast session and I'm having "Nasi Dagang" for my breakfast. After that, as promised by my mummy, she had prepared a replacement "tang yuan" for me.. Honestly, I ate a lot of "tang yuan" today and I could say my mum self-made "tang yuan" still the best! I'm Lovin' It! In the evening, my cousin again bring me "keropok lekor rebus".. Again , eat eat and eat... Today I'm very full~ Huhu~

Mid-Winter Celebration for 2009

Again, this year, Mid-Winter festival falls during the final exam week.. I still remembered for the past 2 years where I in MMU, the festival was fall in study week. Whatever week it falls into, I still cant truly celebrate with my family members. Kinda of sad, because I love to eat "tang yuan" very much~

Mid-Winter Festival fall on 22nd December every year. So, as usual, miss the chance to eat the tang yuan cook by my mummy.. But, I was kinda lucky because my friend told me that one of the restaurant nearby Bukit Beruang distributing free 1 bowl of "tang yuan" for their customers who having meals at there. So, we had decided to go for 886 again for dinner and we can taste their "tang yuan".. Hmm.. really nice! I old 1 year again! (Chinese beliefs that after having "tang yuan" will become older 1 year~)

I can't wait to go back hometown, as my mum promised to make me the "2nd batch" of "tang yuan" when I back... Thanks, mum! Love you!

I'm Back.. I'm Back.. I'm Back.. Sorry for not updating my blog for almost 2 months... A very very sorry to my fans, especially "uncle john" who urged me to update my blog as soon as possible.. Now, I already start to update... U may continue visit to my blog d...

I could say this semester is an "extremely busy" semester during my degree life in MMU. According to the course schedule prepared by faculty, I supposed to register only 3 subjects including FYP, but I advanced bring up 1 subject which suppose to take on next semester so that I could have sufficient time to complete my 2nd part of FYP which I believed need more time to spent on it. Basically, all the subjects taken in this semester considered as "DEAD" subject for me - READING subject.

For this semester, I could say my schedule is only FYP ---> ASSIGNMENT ---> MIDTERM ---> FYP ---> PRESENTATION ---> FINAL EXAM! All this things ruined in my head since the first day of the semester until today. But luckily, everything's settled as for now and left for FINAL exam which starts on this coming Saturday (19-12-2009). I just submitted my FYP to my supervisor and a copy to the FBL Admin. This means I can fully concentrate on my revision for final exam starting today. But fortunately, for this year, I can celebrate the Christmas freely because my exam ends on 24 Dec. Normally, the final exam schedule fall after the Christmas, which means the Christmas is in study week and make me no mood to celebrate.

Month of December, last month of the year... I have many friends who birthday in this month too.. But unfortunately, most of their birthday fall in the range of final exam.. Hmm... Especially is U.. Wanna celebrate with u de.. But, EXAMS become the barrier.. Hopefully we can make it after the exam ya... Hope your 21st birthday is your meaningful and memorable birthday...

Today wake up early in the morning... Just to make a last one course registration as mmu and degree student.. Initally, the server was down and it pop up a message" There is no respond from the application web server!".. My first respond after look at that message is like "What the .....".. But used to it already la.. Every semester also like that... Just be patient for one last sems... Luckily, I managed to register the slot that I wish for next semester.

Next semester will be a unique semester for me.. I can't wait to enter for next semester... One word described everything, "DIVERSIFICATION!"... Hahaha!

End Of Holiday

I will back to Melaka to continue my new semester after the four months of industrial training and semester break tonight at 11pm... Time flies... My previous life (internship life) was full of relaxing and enjoyment, but starting this Monday, I have to change my lifestyle. Furthermore, I predict that next semester will be a hectic semester for me, since I had FYP to settle besides 3 subjects that I had registered for next sems.

What should I feel now ? Happy ? Curious? Nervous? Sad ? Excited? Hmm... I could say mixed feelings.. Happy, because I can back to Melaka and meet my Uni friends... Curious, waiting for the new sems... Nervous, to accept all the challenge that I have to face in new sems... Sad, because the holiday has come to an end and have to back for studies (lazy bones)... Excited, because going to enter my "MMU" again after 5 months..

I want to stop now, and prepare myself to back Melaka~ Buhbye, Terengganu...

Hari Malaysia (16 September)

Bermula pada tahun 2010, koleksi cuti umum bertambah lagi untuk negara dan rakyat Malaysia yang terdiri daripada berbilang kaum. Kali ini, 16 September pula yang dipilih oleh Perdana Menteri untuk dijadikan hari umum sempena penubuhan Persekutuan Malaysia dengan penyertaan Sabah dan Sarawak (16 September 1963).

Oleh itu, rakyat Malaysia akan menyambut 2 kali Hari Kebangsaan (31 Ogos - Hari Merdeka dan 16 Sept - Hari Malaysia). Hari Merdeka mengingatkan rakyat tentang perjuangan untuk kita mencapai kemerdekaan daripada penjajahan asing manakala Hari Malaysia adalah bersifatkan konsep 1Malaysia (diperkenalkan oleh Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak), di mana untuk mengeratkan perpaduan dan persefahaman antara kaum.

Persoalannya:
1. Adakah semua rakyat Malaysia betul-betul mengingati tentang sejarah Malaysia?

2. Adakah semua lapisan masyarakat di Malaysia menyambut Hari Merdeka yang disambut di negara ini?

3. Ataupun hari-hari bersejarah negara sebegini seolah-olah dijadikan sebagai cuti umum untuk berehat di rumah, menemani keluarga , saudara-mara dan sahabat-handai?

Badminton

Badminton, a game which I start to play in the age of 15. The person who influence and teach me on how to play on that time was my dad. He likes to play badminton so much. At first, when he taught me, I feel that I'm not suitable to play badminton (usually I played football with friends during secondary time). However, after being train for few times, I started to get interested in playing badminton.

My interest towards playing badminton had increased. On 2006 (the first year when I entered MMU), I had became a member of Badminton Club. On that time, I had thought of become the sub-committee for the Badminton Club but ends up I did not turn up for the interview. On 2007, I had decided to join the committee for the Badminton Club and I had been assigned as Sub-committee under Sports Affair Division. On 2008, I went for the interview for the Hi-com selection and again I succeed to get the Assistant Director of Sport Affair Division. Besides club post, I also had hold the 2 post in MMU MASTER OPEN TOURNAMENT ( 2008 - Asst. Director of Safety & Security Division ; 2009 - Director of Special Tasks Division).

Lately, I had "put aside" my badminton activity. Starting June 2009, I had my internship for 4 months. During that 4 months, I had no chance to play badminton at all. So, I could say my skills was drop due to lack of practice. Yesterday, my daddy had invited me to join his team for badminton. I had agreed to join him and members. At first, I was a bit worried with my performance because I did not practice for a long time. But, after warm up for some time, I realized I still able to play but I feel that my movement was "slow down". After the match, I still satisfied with my overall performance and did not blame myself because I knew that it needs time for me to get back the "ummphhh" like previous I played.

After this, I will be busy with assignments, quizzes, tests, FYP etc etc... But, I still hope that I can steal few hours to play badminton with my university friends...

Genting Trip

I had joined my internship's company trip to Genting Highlands on last Friday (2 days 1 night). Besides the trip, there was also a training session conducted there. So, after having our dinner, all of us depart from Melaka at 6.30pm and reached Genting around 9.30pm. After the check-in matters had done, all of us went for a short rest before met with the clients 40 minutes later.

After that, all of us went for a supper before headed to the Highland's Casino. For your information, this is my first time enter into casino. So, the situation is like "children enter for the first day of the school". I had observed the environment, and the gamblers too.. I found out there are many types of gamblers at there, like cool type, aggressive type etc. After spent about 2 hours there, we decided to back room for a rest.

On the next morning (7:30am), all of us had a breakfast buffet with the trainer, Mr. Liew. This is also the first time I met with Mr. Liew and I noticed that he is good in creating jokes. Not bad~ We had spent about 1 hour for the breakfast and went to the training venue to make some preparation right after the breakfast. Once the training session starts, we stay for 45 minutes to see the overall progress of the training before we headed to theme park.

At the theme park, all of us had enjoyed ourselves till the max. But, due to the rain, we can't really play all the outdoor games such as roller coaster, go-kart, and Pirates of Carribean Ship (the game that we supposed to put on revenge to someone). I still remembered the time 4 of us (HS, CL, LS and Me) played for the flying dragon and someone was extremely scared that *he/she will felt down from the dragon... Haha! "FUNNY!"... Hmm.. Rain Rain Rain... So, we have to switch into indoor games and among that, I still think that the "Adult Bumper Car" still the best! Haha!

We leaved Genting Highlands at 4.30pm and headed back to Melaka.

Life without exam....

This semester I'm having internship for four months (Trimester 1)... So, in conclusion, No Quizzes , No Assignments, No Tests, No Final Exam! Life's free from those "must components" in Uni life... I had decided took a bus to Melaka on Monday night for the purpose of submit my industrial training report on my own and at the same time joining my colleagues for the company trip at Genting on Friday.

On Tuesday afternoon, I went to find my supervisor to submit my report but unfortunately she was not around. So, I just put the report on her table and leave. If she's around, maybe plan can have a short chat with her. At night, a gang of 4 ( Stanly, Johnson, Chun Wei and Me) have a "yam char session" at Oldtown Kopitiam. I could say I didn't meet up with Chun Wei and Johnson quite a period of time since our last meet. So, the topic of the night was mixed. It started from experience sharing during internship, then goes for "girls topic" and more... It was fun and our table is the most noisy among all... *shame*... The session ends at 12.45am...

On Wednesday afternoon, I being invited by Huey Lian for a lunch and after that accompany her to submit the training final report. Her supervisor's office is located on 1st floor and when I passed by, I saw my "Abang Fendy" was there... I'm happy to see him because I didn't meet him quite a long time.. At that time, he was on phone and later on entertained his student. While talking on phone, he says to me "Nanti Datang Ya!"...

Since he still on the phone, so I plan to look for my internship supervisor and have a chat with her. I had shared all my internship experiences to her and she had told me one thing that I feel relief.. "The time your boss telephoned me, he had praised you for your good work during your internship!"... Thanks GOD! Besides internship topic, we also had chat about the students who are taking Financial Management II ( Lecturer : My FYP Supervisor ; Tutor: My Internship Supervisor) in this trimester... According to her, the students become worse and really not shows interest to learn. Even given a group quiz that selected from the tutorial question, they can know nothing and get 0... Oh No! Our chat holds for 30 minutes...

After that, we headed to "Abang Fendy" office room and have a chat with him... Hmm... for your information, the topic while chatting with "Abang Fendy" can consider "rojak" type... Whatever topic will be okay for us.. It includes current life story, internship story, FYP story, politic story, hometown story, etc etc... During the chat, one of the student who join our chat later on said that me and my FYP supervisor shared same similarity- "Mulut Laser"... Haha.. This makes me "tersenyum dalam diam"... Our conversation ends after 2 and a half hours... After that, we went to MBO and purchased for the 8:45pm showtimes- Sorrority Row... It's kinda scary movie, but still NICE! Hehe....

Here's the life without exam... Full of relaxation and enjoys while others are busying for the discussion and revision! But after this semester, it will be a hectic semester for me... Main focus : Final Year Project 1... Gambateh~

Updates (Internship)

Now is the month of October, and this is also my first blog of the month...

October, which means end of internship for MMU students who started the internship on 1st of June 2009. So, after the end of internship, all the students have to prepare a final report to be submitted to the respective MMU supervisor by 7th Oct 2009. I had spent about 1 week to finish up my report. During the period of preparing this report, I can says that I have idea on what to write, but no idea on how to write... This will make me delay on my work and I need to use up for 1 week to finish it where by the report can be finished just by 3 or 4 days.

Now, it settled and I had submitted to my supervisor on 6th October. There's one more left which is Presentation. The presentation is fall on the second day of the new trimester and during this holiday period, I have to prepare the simple presentation slides to be present on the day. Let's recall of my 4 months industrial training in ITS...

(A) During the day of my internship, I had been assigned for 2 important project training which are the program coordinator for the Train and Place Schemes (TPS) and 18001 OSHAS Training.

(B) On the second week of my internship, my boss had treat all the staffs for a Shibaraku Buffet as a "welcome dinner" for me and gan to have our interns in ITS.

(C) On 26-06-2009 (my birthday) , all of ITS staffs had make a simple birthday celebration for me. Thanks to Stanly Gan for the arrangement and the rest for the celebration + cake. Appreciate it very much!

(D) On 17-09-2009 , my boss again treat all the staffs for a Dreambox buffet + karaoke as a "Goodbye dinner" for me and gan as to appreciate our four months period of internship in ITS.

(E) On the last day of internship, all the ITS staffs had taken many photos with the two of interns kids (me and gan) as a memory.

(F) On 09-10-2009, the company organized a trip to Genting Highland for a 2 day 1 night. I had been invited to join this trip and I had agreed to go. The expenses will be covered and I am waiting for the trip!!

I would like to thank Mr. Chong who take me for internship in ITS and all the staffs for the guidance and help during the 4 month of industrial training period... I appreciate all your support and co-operation with me...

Finally, the day had come. 10-08-2009....

A date to remember... My senior colleague had end her service in ITS Management today. Reason is >>>> Deliver Baby soon!! It's quite sad.. But, she still have to leave.. SC is a hardworking and responsible worker. She is very focus when doing her tasks and did it very carefully.

She is a nice person. She willing to help all her colleagues (including me) when we facing difficulties in office. We will just shout for her name :"SC!!!" when we need help.. Haha! And she will guide and teach us patiently. For your information, SC is the most senior worker in the company. She had served for 7 years there. Imagine that people! Sometimes, she's funny as well... She had given me a cute nickname DORAEMON [influenced by LS!]... (LOL!) and she told me before, if she look at my face, she will feel to laugh... (Jahatnya!) :D

A note from Goh (SC call me Goh) to SC,

"SC, 10.08.2009 is your last day in ITS. Firstly, I would like to thank you for guide me, motivate me, and correct me to the right way since my 1st day of internship up to today. Influenza A (H1N1)

Penyakit Influenza A (H1N1) semaking menjadi-jadi pada masa sekarang. Kita boleh melihat di mana sahaja kita berada, tentu ada pihak yang menyentuh isu H1N1 yang telah menjadi buah mulut penduduk Malaysia. Kini, penyakit H1N1 di Malaysia telah sampai ke tahap yang membimbangkan dan telah meragut berpuluh-puluh nyawa.

Sejak akhir-akhir ini, di mana sahaja kita berada, ke mana sahaja kita pergi, kita akan melihat orang ramai mula memakai topeng mulut (mask)terutama di tempat-tempat orang ramai untuk menghindari daripada penyakit H1N1.. Memakai topeng mulut bukan lagi sesuatu yang pelik dan memalukan buat si pemakai, tetapi ia adalah untuk mengelakkan diri daripada jangkitan penyakit itu. Bak kata pepatah "Berjaga-jaga sebelum kena!"

Operasi di sekolah, kolej dan universiti juga terjejas akibat daripada H1N1. Kita dapat mendengar banyak sekolah di seluruh negara telah berhenti beroperasi selama seminggu kerana ada pelajar yang disyaki menghidap penyakit H1N1. Kolej dan Universiti juga mengalami situasi yang sama di mana pelajar UKM, UM, UPM (IPTA) juga disyaki positif H1N1.

Berikut adalah simptom dan tanda-tanda penyakit H1N1 terhadap manusia:

(c) Sakit Tekak

Supervisor's Visitation

I'm currently in the Week 10 of my industrial training. Week 10 will be an important week for all the internship students, because most of their supervisor will meet them up to discuss the student's progress during the internship period with their external supervisor.

MMU had assigned Ms. Ong Shuk Wern for the area of Plaza Pandan Malim. There are few students under Ms Ong, including me. On 3rd August 2009, Ms. Ong had came over all her students' workplace to discuss with her students and external supervisor regarding their performance and progress.

Ms. Ong had visited all my friends workplace before went to my workplace. My workplace was the last. Before went to my office, all of the students under Ms. Ong + Ms. Ong met up at Pizza Hut and we had our lunch at there. It was fun. It was a golden opportunity for all of us to gather and having lunch together since in a normal day, all of us have different time of lunch hour. All of us were busying sharing story related to our internship.

We finished our lunch at 1.15pm. It's the time to make a move. Ms. Ong went to our office to meet with my external supervisor, Mr. Chong, but unfortunately, he went out for his lunch. So, Ms. Ong had to wait for him to come back (Paiseh la, Ms. Ong).. Once Mr. Chong is back, 2 of them start to discuss about the "2 wei loon"... They had spent about 20 minutes to discuss about us.

After that, Ms. Ong leave the office with a big smile. I can guess the feedback that given by Mr. Chong to Ms. Ong. It looks positive. (Hopefully!) In the evening, I received a sms from Ms. Ong, saying that " Just to tell you, Mr. Chong had gave me a very positive comment to both of you. Great Job! Keep it up!"...

Boring Saturday

It was Saturday. A boring Saturday. One best thing about Saturday during this internship period is that I can have a longer hours of sleeping. Haha! Meaning to say, a good day to rest and free from any work pressure..

Today woke up at 11.15am (last night slept at 3am) and received a sms from ah lian who had invited me for a lunch. Since I have nothing to do on Saturday morning, I accepted her offer and we went to Federal Yong Tao Foo to have our lunch.

After the lunch, I spent my whole daytime for the drama and playing facebook games (Bejeweled Blitz and Barn Buddy).. I totally no idea what can I do besides these 2 activities. I should start my FYP since I'm so boring, but again..... No mood to do it... Sigh! I have no idea when is the appropriate time for me to start my FYP... OMG... Help!

Oh.. Suddenly remember that my weekly summary for week 7 haven't settled. I better settled it now and go to bed early tonight.

Crash

Finally it happened. It happened last Sunday evening. All started when I plan to cut my hair. Look at the level of my petrol in my motorcycle and the arrow reaching "E" soon. So, went to the nearest Shell Petrol Station to pump petrol (Normally I will choose Shell).

Once finished, wanna make a move back Bukit Beruang for the hair cut. Unfortunately, at the middle of journey, I "crash".. Ouch.. Pain! Luckily I had small hurt but he fall down. I feel sorry to the other 1... Sorry man.. I make u shocked and a bit painful.. All my fault.. Again , sorry to you (although u didn't read my blog).

At night, feel uncomfortable.. Can't sleep well.. Think of that "crash".. In my mind, keep recall of the incident, at the same time, feel the painness on my right foot. Speechless.. Just accept it..

Monday take half day leave. I had decided to go Pantai for checking (after advised by my friends) my situation whether there is any problem. I had waited for the report for 45 minutes. Waiting with full of patience + nervous.. After get the explanation from specialist, I just knew that I out from any bone problems. Thanks GOD! Now feel relief...

This is my 1st post in the month of July.. I didn't updated my blog for around past 3 weeks. Maybe I'm busy with my daily life and lead to my lazyness to update it. Forgive me, my dear readers!

Time fllies... Tomorrow I'm step into the week 7 of my internship... OMG... I had done of my internship for almost 2 months.. I feel that the time was no more 24 hours per day (crazy-minded)... Maybe I'm too busy and didn't notice of the time still the same (move seconds by seconds)...

26th June was my birthday. My colleagues had organized a small birthday celebration for me in the office. I would like to thank to all of my colleagues for the birthday celebration. Thanks to all of you.. I'm happy! After that, I met up with Mr. Tan (my brother). He came all the way from MMU to celebrate my birthday as well. Mr. Tan, Gan and Me had our lunch at Pizza Hut. It's fully sponsored by Mr. Tan (Thanks so much for the lunch, sir!)... We chit chat around and spent about 1 hour there..

At night, I had invited some of my friends for steamboat dinner (most of my friends can't make it!)... Thanks so much for celebrate the birthday with me, friends... Thanks for all the presents too... Great to have friends like you all... LOVE U ALL!!!! Afterwards, we headed to our "lou dei fong".. Haha~ Goyang goyang... But my dearest brother really kenakan me cukup-cukup... Not even 1 hour, I feel uncomfortable with it and feel to vomit... But anyhow, it was a nice memory... 1st time celebrate birthday with you all... Thanks for everything, especially my brother GAN and LIM!

Now we reached to the month of July. The month that full of choices for me. I had promised 1 of my friend that on the first day of July I had to make out an important decision. A decision whether to "go straight" or "turn to the left"... If you're reading my blog, I believe you understand it, and you're clear with my decision. Now everything change hand.. Everything that we do must not ended with a regret. So, I hope what am I do is the right choice for myself.

Weekends

I love weekends very much. It can let me to relax till the max. Today feel boring, so I had decided to go for movie. Initially plan to watch the local production movie- "Jangan Pandang Belakang Congkak" but when I reached the cinema, it's too late and finally I choose to watch "Drag Me To Hell"... This movie was quite ok and I rate it 3.75/5 la. There will be some part of scary and also funny. Go and watch it.. After the movie, went to JJ shopping. The main purpose is to buy a new slipper. Haha! Just walk around the JJ for 1 hour alone (it's kinda boring!)..

Last 2 days the result of Trimester 3 for 2008/09 academic year was released. I was shocked with the result that I achieved. I didn't expect I will get that result since I was not prepared well for that semester. Let's recall back.. I had so many events and activities in that semester ( MMU MASTER 2009, IBF 2008/09 and ROTS). I started my revision 8 days before the final exam (6 subjects to cover). Although the result was unexpected, there is one thing that I already expected since the last day of my final exam, which is drop in my GPA pointer.

For this semester, I'm having internship. So, there will be PASS/FAIL for this semester and no gred require for this semester. Haha! That's nice~

Weekly Report (Internship) - Week 1

I had finished my first week of industrial training. There was only a total of 5 working days (Mon-Fri) in a week. The working hours for this company is from 8.30am until 5.30pm.. If we have an urgent meeting on tomorrow morning, then all of us have to come before 8.15am.

First week of the working life doesn't much. It was more to learning the new things and observing how the others do work. As a new temporary employee, I have to understand their organizational culture very well, that's why all the new employees need some times to suit themselves with new new working environment.

There are 2 important persons in this company had guided me well and assist me when I facing problem during work time, who are:
(a) Mr. Chong (Our boss)

Mr. Chong is one of the nicest employer that I had met before. He cares all his employees very well. He also assisted all his employees when they facing difficulties no matter he's busy or not. He will put his work aside and help to solve the problems together. Sometimes, he also like to make a joke with his employees. I believed this can create a good relationship between employer and employees.

(b) Mdm. Siew Chin

Mdm. Siew Chin can best be described as a senior staff in the company. She had worked for the company for about 3 years. So, if the employer is out to meet customers, she will play an important person to guide all the staffs. She is a helpful and patient in teaching her collegues a new things.

There are few things that I had learned and done for the whole week:
(a) Briefly explained about the company policy and rules
(b) Explained the proper way of making telephone call to customer
(c) How to prepare a quotation for the companies
(d) Introduction about the company's bulletion board and individual hard folder
(e) Filling the documents
(f) Prepare trainer materials for the next day's use.
(g) Etc Etc.....

Let's proceed to Week 2... Hoho~

First Day of Internship

Wake up at 7.05am this morning... Get prepared myself for the internship... (Normally 1st day will be very semangat)... Gan WL came over Ixora to meet me around 7.40am and we went to the workplace together.

Once reached the office (ITS MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD.) , our "supervisor"- Siew Chin had explained some basic things that have to be done in the office. She is one of the good employees in the company and I could said I'm lucky because given chance to work together with her. She also had teached us on how to do some complicated tasks.

In this company, the government had assigned 1 project for the company, namely Train and Place Scheme (TPS). For this project, Siew Chin and I had been assigned as the programme coordinator. Huh... It was a big challenge to me and I can feel the pressure in the 1st day of my interns... But I will try my best to handle it .... Sad to say so, Siew Chin will leave me around middle of July because he will on leave to deliver baby. I can't imagine the time I being alone for this tasks...

So far for today, not much jobs had been done. Just helping the collegues around. Most importantly, observed how they do work so that I can know how to do later on. I'm sure that by 3 days from now, I will do the things on my own already.. Huhu~ Hopefully everything go smoothly for me lo...

Story [IBF Event + ROTS Event]

On 1st and 2nd of May 2009, Islamic Banking and Finance student had organized an event at Dataran Pahlawan. The theme for the event was "In GOD We Trust, Dinar and Dirham, Medium of World Unity and Armageddon For Novus Ordo Seclorum". It's about to reveal the real truth medium of exchange that we supposed to use. On the 1st day of event, it's about the conference speech by our speaker, Mr Abdul Halim bin Abdul Hamid and the exhibition by the twelve small groups. I can said all the twelve groups had their own specialty and creativity on how to create their partition board nicely.

On the 2nd day of event, there was only exhibition running on and I'm sad to say that the crowd in the day 2 is more compared to day 1, where the attendance for our conference was not reached the satisfied level. Anyhow, it was just an experiences for all of us to handle a such big event at outside the campus. It's all about our co-operation and responsibility to make this event a success.

Besides that, Investment student with collaboration with Islamic Banking and Finance student organized a bazaar event on the both days. The theme for the bazaar was "Renaissance Of The Souk". There were many vendors participate in this event and thanks to our main sponsors- HOTLINK for the support. For the second day of event, where there was no more conference held, the IBF students who also taking Investment subject, were required to help at the bazaar.

The closing ceremony held at 8pm and I had snap a lot of photos during the two days of event. I'm happy to participate in this event and thanks to both our lecturers for giving us the trust to handle such a big event and build our confidence and responsiblity while dealing with public.

I had attended the Prom Night organized by MMU IT Society. This event was held 3 weeks before final exam and now I only have the time to update the story about it and post up some photos due to some busy of IBF event and final exam.. So sorry..

At the night, I can saw all my friends wore so nicely and make-up themselves. Even I cant recognize some of my friends after they make-up. Prom night for this year can be said not a best one, because some of my friends didn't turn up together. Hoprefully there will be a prom night organized by the society again for year 2010..

Finally, it comes to an end! I had completed my GAMMA Year in MMU (hopefully!). I'm now updating my blog in my lovely hometown and have a rest after a 2 weeks of hectic exam weeks. I'm back for only 3 days to meet with my family members because after this I'm going to have my internship in Melaka starting 1st June 2009.

Time flies. When the 1st day I enter into the office, that means I'm the final year student (DELTA) in MMU. Recall back the times when I first day entered into MMU as the student under Foundation in Management (FOSEE). Now, it comes to the last level of degree student.

Hopefully the period of final year will give me more meaningful and happy life in MMU. Waiting for it...

Golden Key International Honour Society Awards

On 17th April 2009, Golden Key International Honour Society had organized new member reception in Cyberjaya Campus.

I'm sure most of you asking what's the real meaning and purpose of Golden Key, right? Let's me clear your doubt! Golden Key is an academic honour society which recognizes, and encourages scholastic achievement and excellence among college and university students from all academic disciplines. The society acknowledges the outstanding academic achievement of undergraduate student whose university results have placed them in the top 15% of their year in which the membership of the society is solely by invitation only.

So, Banking and Finance Representatives- Me, Wei Loon (GAN), Kim Thor, Chin Woon, Mei Kee, Ching Ching and Indah went out to cyberjaya to attend this new member reception awards. One things not nice for this event was they did not provide dinner for us, and we had our refreshment after the ceremony's end. Ok.. Time flies. I do not update my blog for about 1 month. I had being busy for so many things. In one month time, many things had happened and have to blog it actually, but unfortunately, I'm too busy for it and forget to blog about it. It's okie.. Let's recall back the things had happened since my last update.

(a) First of all, I would like to congratulate Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak who had appointed as 6th Prime Minister and Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as Deputy Prime Minister (I know it was an old story).

(b) On 13th April 2009, I had attended Chun Yien's birthday celebration. We had make a simple celebration with her. For your information, I just close with her few days before her birthday. So, maybe in the birthday celebration, I can considered as the new friend of her. We celebrated her birthday at Go Go KTV (again Go Go) due to high demand in singing karaoke. Haha!

(c) On 19th April 2009, MMU MASTER 2009 had comes to an end. (Finally, I can have some rest!) The overall event was good and quite satisfied (just some unavoidable internal conflict happened). I guess everybody are waiting for post-mortem meeting. Hehe! Last day of event was great. We had invited Koo Kien Kiat-Tan Boon Heong, and Mohd Zakry Abdul Latif- Mohd Fairuzizuan Mohd Tazari plus Rexy Mainaky as our guests and the 2 pairs of national men's double player performed in the exhibition match. The match was great and I believed all the crowds were enjoyed the match very much. To all Special Task Sub-committees, Thanks for your time and hard work for MMU MASTER 2009. As a director of Special Task Division, I appreciate and happy working together with all of you!

Story before Mid-term break

Before the midterm break began, a group of BnF students had organized a concert at DreamBox, Dataran Pahlawan. This group of people really like to sing. So, all of us had decided to went for the singing. The main purpose is not that we really love singing, but is to release tension. You know la right, University students always facing tension. All of us sang until very "high" and it was nice if once in a while we organized those activities.

Muhyiddin, Shafie dipilih

Orang No. 1 dan No. 2 negara

Keputusan Perhimpunan Agung UMNO ke-59 sudah diumumkan. Banyak keputusan yang mengejutkan pada perhimpunan UMNO kali ini termasuk 2 menteri kabinet dan 4 menteri besar tewas dalam perebutan tempat Majlis Tertinggi. Mereka adalah Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said dan Datuk Seri Shahrir Abdul Samad yang telah mengumumkan perletakan jawatan dalam menteri kabinet dan akan menyerahkan surat perletakan jawatan pada hari rabu ini. Turut tewas dalam perebutan MT adalah Bekas Ketua Puteri UMNO, Datuk Noraini Ahmd.

Seperti diduga, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin memenagi kerusi Timbalan Presiden UMNO yang mengalahkan pencabarnya, Tan Sri Muhammad Mohd. Taib dengan undian yang agak besar. Ahli Parlimen Muar ini juga akan menjadi orang no.2 negara selepas Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak yang akan menerajui negara bermula April ini. Dalam masa yang sama, Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal juga memenangi kerusi Naib Presiden UMNO selepas 2 kerusi dimenangi oleh calon yang telah diramal memenangi kerusi tersebut (Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi dan Datuk Seri Hishammudin). Beliau berjaya menewaskan 2 calon "orang lama" iaitu Datuk Seri Rais Yatim dan Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.

Calon-calon telah pun dipilih. Diharapkan ahli-ahli yang terpilih melaksanakan tugas dengan ikhlas dan jujur di bawah kepimpinan Presiden yang baru ini. Bak kata pepatah, "Buang yang keruh, ambil yang jernih!".

Perhimpunan Agung UMNO

Bermula pada tarikh 25 March 2009, maka bermulalah Perhimpunan Agung UMNO. Untuk pengetahuan anda, UMNO telah ditubuhkan oleh Dato' Onn Jaafar pada 11 May 1946. Nama penuh UMNO ialah "United Malays National Organisation". UMNO adalah salah satu parti politik besar di bawah payung yang bernama "BARISAN NASIONAL (BN)".

Presiden UMNO ke-6 (sekarang) yang menerajui negara dan parti dengan lemah di bawah kepimpinan beliau sehingga menyebabkan kekalahan teruk BN di Pilihanraya Umum lepas. Beliau juga sering diberi gelaran " sleeping beauty" ketika Perhimpunan UMNO kerana terlena di dalam dewan.

Kita berharap bakal Presiden UMNO ke-7 (yang juga Perdana Menteri Malaysia) ini berjaya membawa perubahan kepada negara dan parti UMNOnya. Yang paling penting sekali, BEBAS DARIPADA GEJALA POLITIK WANG! Semoga berjaya!

I didn't update my blog for around 2 weeks. Those busy days in Malacca really hard for me to keep update my blog. Aihz...

There were too many things happened in last 2 weeks. Let's review..

(a) Many March Baby had invited me to their birthday party, but I failed to turn up in all of the invitation (Sorry to Josh and Kha Howw) due to some problems. 15.03.2009 went to celebrate Soo Yee's birthday. We had decided to go "Carry On" steamboat before went to Go Go KTV for sing K. There was one person who really good in singing.. Haha.. Don't want mentioned here..

(b) On 10th March 2009, Finance Minister of Malaysia had announced an amount of RM60 billion, 2nd stimulus package to prevent the country from suffer into economic crisis.

(c) Keep searching for company for my internship programme. Up to now, I have not received any feedback from the companies. May GOD Bless!

(d) on 19th March 2009, I back to TGANU at 9pm ( Midterm Break).. Purpose is to relax after a tiring life in Malacca.

Currently still in TGANU, spending the week at here with watching TV, doing assignment etc etc.. This midterm break not really a "break" for me... Many things have to settle... Plan to back Malacca on this saturday.

3 Midterm Papers left, 4th April and 2 papers on 11th April 2009. Huhu~ I was wondering why the midterm held so late ? I prefer all the midterm done before midterm break.. So that, no need to bring back so many books during midterm break.. Hehe!

11,12,17,18 and 19th of April are the days where MMU BADMINTON CLUB organized MMU MASTER 2009 Badminton Open Championship at Yok Bin Secondary School. This event has 2 categories, which are Open Category and Close Category. Badminton Club will organize TAGTEAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2009 on this coming weekend.Tagteam Championship is a team event that contains 2 Mens Singles, 2 MensDoubles & 1 Mixed Doubles. Each team can consists maximum 2 state players (MMU1st team players counted as state players), and 2 district players (MMU reserveplayers counted as district players).

This event is open to all MMU students and staffs. For those who have missed outon the Tagteam Championship 2008, hesitate no more and sign up immediately!Details of the TAG TEAM CHAMPION's training as below:

MMU Olympic 2009

Last weekends, Student Representative Council (SRC) of Multimedia University had organized an event called "MMU OLYMPIC 2009". This event was basically combination of some clubs in University to organize this event. There were few sports under the MMU Olympic such as Badminton, Basketball, Futsal, Netball, Table Tennis etc etc.

This event points was calculated same as the Olympic Games method, and each club sent their representative to play in all the sports available. Besides that, there were 2 side event which held under this "MMU OLYMPIC" , which are Marathon and Tug Of War. I had took part in the "Tug of War" and became the representative of Badminton Club. Unfortunately, Badminton Team lost in the 2nd round, lost to the overall Tug Of War Champion (Proud because lose to Champion Team). Congrates to KAW-TEAM which is the representative for SRC.

The overall champion for the MMU OLYMPIC 2009 was BADMINTON CLUB. We won 5 gold medals (all badminton categories- MS, MD, WS, WD and XD). Congrates to Badminton Club... Well Done! (I'm proud become 1 of the committee member of Champion Club! Haha!)

There is always good and bad when too active in the Uni life.. Finally, I feel the "busy-ness" of handling too many activities in this trimester. There is a total of 4 post I handling in the class activities (Project event) and co-curiculum activities (Badminton Club).

1. Assistant Director of Sports Affair Division

This coming weekends of week 6, Sports Affair Division will organize a "TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP" to all MMU students and staffs. So, I have to prepare many things for this event + meeting + care for the booth.

2. Special Task Division Director of MMU MASTER 2009

My role in this division is more when the event day (11, 12, 17, 18 and 19 of April 2009). As for now, only helping around other division and writting letter for some department to request for certain things, such as PA system, Walkie Talkie etc. Besides that, have to send letters to all University (IPTA and IPTS) in Malaysia to inform them about this event.

3. Division Head of Web Design and Multimedia Division

This semester, my Islamic Banking and Finance will organize an event on 1,2,3 of May 2009. This event includes Bazaar (Investment class's event), Exhibition and Conference/Forum. So, my division is to create website for this event and do some flash video to play when the day of Conference.

4. Assistant Head of Sponsorship Group (IBF 0809)

As well informed that we going to have an event, so, this event wouldn't work without money right? So, all of the division leader are seperate into 4 groups of sponsorship to raise fund for our event. We have to find as much as we can la...

5. Member of Public Relations (Investment Class event)

All student who are taking Islamic Banking and Finance and Investment student are required to join 2 side of this event's member. But, as for now.. This division haven't distribute any task for their members.

For your information, today I went for finding Sponsorship under MMU MASTER 2009 event. There is a lot of event need to find sponsor, and I would say I might have to involve in finding sponsor for every week with different event.

There are 2 meetings waiting for me later on :
(i) 6.30pm Sports Affair Division Meeting
(ii)8pm MMU MASTER meeting...

Again, here comes the important of time management.. I will have my first mid-term examination on this coming wednesday and have not prepare for it.

My friend and I waited for this movie for a long time already. Finally, last thursday, this movie was available in the cinema. For your information, we bought this ticket one day before the show (scared no place! haha!).. Extremely crazy!

This movie is a Singapore production movie and was directed by Jack Neo (My favourite Director).. This story is about love, conflict, and major of the parts were funny. I can heard people's laugh from the beginning till the end of the show. Even myself also involved in it. This movie was nice but there's a bit "adult part" in the show.

This movie is suitable for those who very stress in daily life, have lot of workload to do. Why not have a break of 2 hours and enjoy this movie. I guaranteed you will laugh till the max!

Hometown Friend Visit

This post supposed to appear last week, but I have to wait for my friend to give me the photos, just can update this post.

Last Saturday, my friend (Johnson) and her friend, Pei Ying from INTI UNIVERSITY COLLEGE visited to Malacca and find me to join them for a day trip in Melaka. Without any consideration, I accepted their invitation and went out with them at 3pm. For your information, I only can meet Johnson once a year, which means Chinese New Year due to our different time of holiday in our University, so this is the best opportunity to meet him.

Basically, we only went to 3 places for a day trip (run out of time), which are GSC DATARAN PAHLAWAN, CAPITOL SATAY CELUP and JONKER STREET. They asked me to recommend them a movie while I really had no idea on what movie should I recommend. Finally, we come to the conclusion and we watched "BURN AFTER READING!" Before we bought the tickets, we did asked the teller what is the story about, but the counter teller told us is a comedy type. When we watched the movie, 3 of us can't find any part of the movie that got any "comedy" feel, and we totally can't get what the message of this movie. It was such a waste of RM9!

Fine, after watched that, we went for Satay Celup.. Once we reached there, we already have to queue in a line (the time is only 6.15pm).. Imagine that! There was a small rain while we queueing, but we managed to stand where we can avoid the rain. When it's our turn, we start picking foods and 3 of us really eat a lot. I'm extremely full on that night. Thanks, johnson for treat me the Satay Celup.. Haha~

After eating too full, we decided to walk to Jonker Street from the shop. Previously, we thought we were hopeless because still raining, but when we almost finish eating, the rain stopped and we went for Jonker. It is quite a distance from there but still we choose to walk. Jonker street is common for me but 2 of my friends enjoyed walking the street, look here and there, but ends up didn't but anything (just have a walk).

TIRED LIAO LA.. REST 1st~

Around 9.30pm, all of us felt tired and we went back home. Pei Ying fetched me home and 2 of them headed back Tampin (Pei Ying's Hometown) after that. Hope Johnson and friends come to Malacca again next time.. It was a very nice outing with them! :D

Busy Period

Huhu... I didn't touch my blog for quite a period of time already... Very long time didn't update about it.. Haiz.. What happened actually ?? I'm too too busy.. GAMMA 3rd sems is a very busy sems for me.. Why I'm so busy? Confuse, Confuse.. Maybe too active already...

For your information, I start my busy-ness once I back from Chinese New Year holiday. This sems is the last sems for me before attend for internship programme next semester. Once come back from industrial training, have to busy for (Final Year Project) FYP already. So, many things need to settle by this semester.

Actually, I have so many things to be settle in this sems. Let's me share with you why I'm so busy?

1. Attend the briefing for my internship programme (1st done, 2nd soon)
2. Find companies for my internship, have to find some backup companies too. (Have to be fast, now economic recession, not much companies want to hire trainee.)
3. Find supervisor for FYP. (Semestinya Cikgu Fendy I)
4. Having Islamic Banking and Investment subject exhibition and bazaar (Have to prepare earlier lo, budget RM100,000, k ?)
5. MMU MASTER 2009. (Have to settle many things lo.. Division name also SPECIAL TASK already..)
6. Division Head for the Exhibition and MMU MASTER. (Sigh!)
7. Everyday meeting, meeting, meeting... One day can up to 6 meeting (all mix-mix)...
8. Find sponsor for the exhibition and MMU MASTER.. (who want donate money? Contact me!)
9. Tonne of Assignments...... (No choice~)
10. Midterm Exam + Quizzes.... (No choice~)
11. Week 4 MMU OLYMPIC! (Participant)

11. Lazy to think la... (Scary!)

OMG... How can I go through the remaining of 3 months?? Scary la wei.. Think of want to let go all the position that I hold... Really tired! My sickness since last week have not recover yet. Haiz.. Pity... Bersabar jer la!

After this, I not sure I still have time to blog or not.. Although busy, but i try to update la..

Open House

Just back from Elaine's open house. This time is the 2nd time her house having open house. The first time was on the 2nd day of CNY, and having it again today because she said friends all went back on the 2nd day of CNY (means like today replace it la!) Haha!

Bernard fetch me and DK up and we reached her home around 8.10pm. When we reached, there were only 2 of her friends in her house (early badge also la). Her family had prepared delicious foods for us, such as home made Spaghetti, Fried Mihun + Rendang Chicken and currypuffs. Opps..! One more, very nice dessert but I not sure what is the name for that dessert. Everyone who attended were eating till the max!

After eating, all of us start our cards playing. At first, they was only few peoples playing, but after a while, the number of players grows and grows. That was normal I believe? Hehe.. Everyone played happily. Win or lose was normal when gambling. There is no such thing as all players want to win.

We left home around 11.25pm and thanks to Elaine for inviting me. I would like to say the winner of among foods tonight goes to "DESSERT!" It was really nice. When got chance, if you all want to try, call Elaine make for u !

It's the time

Finally, Chinese New Year reached the day 6th. So fast, celebration in KT going to end now. I will leave my family members and friends and going back to Melaka tonight. I have to go Seremban (Terminal One) first because I bought the ticket too late and all the ticket to Malacca already sold out. I had no choice and bought Seremban ticket, and change bus to Malacca at 7am tomorrow.

I feel so sad to leave my hometown because for me, I think I have not finish enjoy myself with my hometown friends, crazy together with them very syok and happy! I will miss you all, my dear friends! See you all again! I choose to back tonight because I have Monday, 8am class.. (sigh!) If not, at least, I can enjoy 1 more day here.. What to do.. Just follow the timetable and go to class la.. zzz...

After this, it's turn to celebrate with my MMU friends.. Wait for me ya, friends! Going to stop now la.. Final checking for my luggage before leave tonight 9.30pm. Bye!

House Cleaning

The whole week was busy with house cleaning for Chinese New Year, that's why the blog was not updated for quite a long time. I believed everybody was busying with house cleaning too.

There is 2 days left to reach Chinese New Year, the year of OX. I'm so happy and excited for the coming Chinese New Year. I can gather with my family members, relatives, and friends during that period. I noticed that I just have an opportunity to meet all my hometown friends during Chinese New Year because we're studying different places and different holidays, so hard for us to meet frequently. So, this Chinese New Year will become good chance for all of us to meet together.

The result for Trimester 2 2008/09 was released today too, but it's only PASS/FAIL status. My result was satisfied me and feel relief to enjoy during the Chinese New Year. If the result have not release before Chinese New Year, I guess most of the MMU students will be in no-mood celebrating Chinese New Year. Haha!

Pilihan raya kecil di Parlimen Kuala Terengganu berakhir semalam dan calon PAS, Mohd Abdul Wahid Endut (32,883 undi) memenangi kerusi tersebut, mengalahkan calon BN, Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh (30,252 undi) dan calon BEBAS, Azharudin Mamat (193 undi). PAS memenangi kerusi dengan majoriti 2,631 undi. Keputusan diundi pada pukul 9.30pm oleh Pegawai Pengurus Pilihan Raya Kuala Terengganu, Wan Mustafa Wan Hassan.

Keputusan ini menunjukkan BN telah kehilangan satu kerusi Parlimen yang sebelum ini dikuasai mereka, tetapi kini dirampas PAS. Seramai 79.9% pengundi sahaja yang keluar mengundi dan jika semua pengundi keluar mengundi, keputusan pilihan raya mungkin bertukar tangan. Walau apapun, calon PAS dan BN menerima keputusan dan pilihan rakyat untuk kerusi tersebut.

Kepada BN, kaji betul-betul faktor yang menyebabkan kekalahan pada pilihan raya kali ini, cuba menangani masalah-masalah yang menyebabkan kekalahan dan cuba lagi pada pilihan raya akan datang. Kepada PAS, rakyat menaruh kepercayaan terhadap PAS, buatlah kerja baik-baik dan tunjukkanlah perubahan kepada rakyat dan negeri TERENGGANU DARUL IMAN!

Berkempen untuk Pilihan Raya P.36

Artikel ini lebih susuai untuk saya ceritakan menggunakan bahasa kebangsaan kita. Saya juga akan berasa lebih bersemangat ketika bercerita tentang hal-hal politik menggunakan bahasa kebangsaan kita ini.

Saya pulang ke Kuala Terengganu pada 13 Januari lepas, dan pada masa itu juga parti-parti politik yang mengambil bahagian dalam pencalonan sedang hangat mengadakan kempen untuk Pilihan Raya Kecil Parlimen Kuala Terengganu ini, selepas kematian penyandang kerusi P.36, Allahyarham Datuk Seri Razali Ismail. Pada pilihan raya kecil kali ini, sebanyak 3 calon yang mengambil bahagian, iaitu Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh (BN), Mohd Abdul Wahid Endut (PAS) dan Azharudin Mamat (BEBAS).

Sepanjang pemerhatian saya selama 2 hari saya berada di Kuala Terengganu, hanya BN dan PAS yang hangat mengadakan kempen untuk Pilihan Raya Kecil ini. BN banyak mengadakan kempen dan jamuan makan serta ucapan daripada Yang Berhormat dari parti BN. Antara YAB yang hadir untuk berkempen ialah Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, Datuk Seri Muhyiddin Yassin, Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Tun Hussien, Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat, Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong dan ramai lagi. Mereka memberi ucapan kepada pengundi-pengundi P.36 dengan sebab-sebab dan kebaikan mengundi BN.

Parti PAS juga tidak kurang hangat berkempen. PAS diberi sokongan padu oleh 2 lagi parti dari Pakatan Rakyat, iaitu PKR dan DAP. Ahli PKR dan DAP juga kelihatan di Kuala Terengganu untuk membantu parti PAS berkempen. Antara yang hadir dari Pakatan Rakyat seperti Datuk Sei Lim Kit Siang, Datuk Seri Lim Guan Eng, Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang dan ramai lagi. Pihak-pihak dari Pakatan Rakyat juga mempunyai sebab-sebab mereka untuk menyakinkan pengundi memangkah calon PAS.

Beberapa isu-isu yang diungkitkan oleh wakil-wakil daripada kedua-dua parti berkenaan semasa mengadakan kempen dari rumah ke rumah. Isu-isu tersebut tidak akan saya dedahkan di sini kerana ini mengungkitkan kemarahan pihak-pihak tertentu. Anda fikirlah sendiri apa kelemahan masing-masing pada parti BN dan PAS. Apa yang telah dijanji kepada rakyat tetapi tidak ditunaikan sehingga ke hari ini.

Saya meramalkan pilihan raya pada kali ini dijangka sengit memandangkan PAS memenangi 3 kerusi DUN (Wakaf Mempelam, Ladang dan Batu Burok) manakala BN hanya 1 kerusi DUN (Bandar). Tetapi, ini bukan bermakna PAS mempunyai peluang yang lebih cerah untuk memenangi kerusi Parlimen yang hangat ini. Apa yang penting, pengundi-pengundi harus memikir masa depan mereka sebelum keluar mengundi. Pilihlah calon yang sentiasa mendengar masalah rakyat dan menolong rakyat ketika bantuan diperlukan.

Holiday-Day1

I spent my 1st day of holiday in Malacca, and it was not bad actually. While thinking of what to eat as my lunch, I get a "buzz!" from my friend, who invited me to go for "Yong Tau Fu". Huhu.. That's nice.. At least, I no need to face difficulties in finding foods. (No maggi please, phobia!)

Hehe, after the luch, I went to find Mr Fendy to chit chat and gossip-gossip about so many things. The topics inlude in our chit-chat were:
(a) Industrial Training Matters
(b) FYP Matters
(c) Foods
(d) Politics
(e) Behavior of Malaysia Citizens
(f) etc etc

Not only both of us, Mr Mustapha (Mr Fendy's roommate) also joined the chat together. Haha! Experiences sharing, asking opinions and so on.. The situation was like 3 lecturers were chatting ( Haha, berangan lagi!).. I spent about 2 hours there. I have to miss Mr Fendy for 2 more sems before he teach me back in Delta 2nd sems and 3rd sems. =P

After that, I took a bus to JJ. I make a small shopping there, bought something for the Chinese New Year goods to bring back my hometown. I felt to eat Prosperity Burger too right after the shopping, but at last I didn't. I think I will eat at Mc's D (LCCT) later. If not, at hometown la... Hehe..

Now I make a final preparation for my luggages. I will leave Melaka around 2pm. This sems I choose to sit airplane for going back my hometown. Huhu~~

Yes! It was over. I finished all my final paper on 10th Jan (last paper). Many of my friends ended theirs' on 8th or 9th, but I have to wait until the last day and last slot of the exam. What to do, it was co-curiculum subject.

This paper basically quite easy and I managed to answer it la.. The things that I had studied got covered in the paper la, but the creative writing part really test the theater student's imagination and creativity. Haha! The story required us to write about 300-500 words and must included diaogues, complication and resolution in that story. Nice question!

The time after the exam was spent with my housemates for gaming. We gaming like crazy! ( Like no tomorrow~).. Haha! But that is normal la I guess. What can I do some more? Actually plan to go out, but no peoples invite me. So, just stay at home la! Today when I woke up, some of my housemates already back to their hometown. You sure wondering why I have not going back hometown yet, right? I back on 13th Jan 2009 (Peoples respond : Wah, so late!) because I have to wait my friend and we back together with flight.

Now my mood is towards the Chinese New Year. I'm so happy and excited when think of Chinese New Year because I can meet with my hometown friends all together. This is the only chance we can meet since all of us study at different places and the holiday period is different for each University/College. In short, once a year la! Haha...

Oh, so tired now.. Have a rest first.. Tata~~

Today is the last day for 2008. Here comes some of the questions when the last day of the year:

1. What had we actually done in the year 2008 ?
2. Are we really success in 2008 ?
3. Are we manage to achieve all the targets that we set on 1-1-2008 ?

Let's think...

If we're not achieve all the targets that we set, that doesn't means we're fail. Maybe the times for us have not reach. Just give a one more try in year 2009 with the greater effort. Who knows the targets will be achieve.

For me, I could said some of my targets were achieved, some's not. I didn't blame myself of failed to achieve all the targets set, because I had tried my best with the greatest effort in every single things that I did. Maybe as I said, the times was still not on my side.

Improv 2

In acting course/class, we normally called the assignment as Improv, and the assignments for this class is just acting. I had taken this "Theater (Acting) course for my co-curriculum subject. Basically, the students will have 2 assignment for this courses, which are Improv 1 and Improv 2. Improv 1 is something like pair assignment which present it in the class and Improv 2 is a group assignment which perform it in the public. I would like to talk more on Improv 2 because it is more attractive compared to Improv 1.

Today, all of the temporary "actors" had to perform Improv 2 based on their location they had choosed. There were around 8-9 groups presented on various location such as Habeeb Sultan, U-Center, CLC Concourse, Ixora Foodcourt, Library and so on. My group was the first group to perform and we started our "acting" sharp on 11am in front of Highland Curry House (Emerald Park). The idea of the story that we created was like:

"A jealous guy tried to interfere in the situation of a couple's conflict, and at the same time, the jealous guy had feelings towards that girl. The jealous guy was tried to fight with the girl's boyfriend and tried to protect the girl from being bullied by her boyfriend, but ends up the girl slapped the jealous guy for making the situation worse. The girl was very angry and tried to run away from there, and her boyfriend chased her from behind. Unluckily, her boyfriend was bang by a car while he crossed the road. The guy was badly injured and was sent to hospital."

The beauty of Improv is when the reaction of the publics while we acting in the public. When the scene of conflict occured, the ladyboss of the shop was angry and scold us :" Hey, you all want to fight, go other places fight la. Why fight here?" She don't know we're actually acting! All of us just acted like nothing happened and we continued our story. Another great scene occured when the guy was bang by a car and there was bloods came out from his hands, mouth and on the road. Again, the ladyboss reacted, "Eh, why can this happened ? Fast sent him to the hospital!" Not only that, I can said many publics were shocked with that scene and 1 of the public went to the security department and report that was an accident. After we finished acted, the Emergency Response Team from MMU came with a van to give an emergency help. Once they reached here, all of us plus our lecturer told them there was only an acting. They looks like "diperbodohkan" us. What to do ? We're acting. We could not tell you the real story until we end our acting. So sorry la, PAK CIK! Kita ni kan semua bakal pelakon-pelakon. Hahaha!

Today also was the last class of the acting course. The purpose of today class is just to listen the comments and feedbacks from the lecturer about all his students performance, besides emphasize again the format for final exam. I felt enjoyed taking this course and I had learned some skills for the acting. That's great!

Study Week

I feel tired of doing revision, so take a rest and update my blog. Actually, I have no idea what to blog this time, so just a simple one for the purpose of update. Hehe...

The short holiday has come to an end. I mean from the Christmas's Day (25th Dec) to Awal Muharam (29th Dec). Here comes the last week for Trimester 2 before final exam. This week is also the last week for students to have final preparation before sitting for final examination.

My final exam schedule had been finalize. Below are the details:
6-1-2009 BIS 2014 (PM)
7-1-2009 BOM 2064 (AM)
10-1-2009 CCT 1010 (PM)

Now I feel so sleepy.... Hmm... Better take a rest and sleep early.. Continue my journey tomorrow...

Merry Christmas

I supposed to stay at house and planned to finish up my assignment on the Christmas Eve's night, because I could not get the ticket to go back my hometown.

After the dinner last night, my housemate had invited me for Christmas Countdown Celebration at Portuguese Settlement, but I'm thinking of my assignment which need to be settle immediately with my group mate. Finally, I decided to go for countdown because my group mate said he can settled himself the assignment (left a bit part only). So paiseh la..

We reached there around 9.30pm and there were not much peoples because the time was still early. So, my housemate and I decided to have a walk around the area. I noticed that some of the houses were decorated so nicely. I planned to take some photos with the nice view of some houses, but unluckily, my handphone camera was not clear enough to capture night view. So, forget about it la! While walking around there, I met with few og my classmates.

Around 11pm, the crowds suddenly become more and more. Everybody was waiting for the countdown. Many peoples were started to play their snow spray at that time while waiting for the clock to reach 12am. Along the road, I being sprayed by peoples and many unknown peoples also get sprayed by me. My friends who attended there, aimed me and sprayed me while I'm in not alert condition. We chased and sprayed each other, so happy! I noticed that some girls became a target for a large group of guys while "spraying" activities held.

When there was 10 seconds left to reach 12am, most of the crowds gathered in front of stage and countdown for the Christmas. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, "MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!" I can see all the snow in the air. After the countdown, the crowds continued their "spraying" activites and I went back home around 12.40am.

It was an enjoyable night and I fully had fun till the max on the night!

Happy "Dong Zi" Festival

Me and De Kai went to Muar today. We went there because our friend, Lian Jie (Huey Lian) had invited us to have some fun in Muar. So, we decided to follow her back her hometown. We started our journey around 12pm.

When I reached there, I get well-served by Huey Lian and family. Her mother cook "tang yuan" for all of us. Thanks, aunty. Although cannot eat mum self-made "tang yuan", but today can eat "tang yuan" can counted as grateful already. After having the "tang yuan", Huey Lian and 2 sisters accompany us visit Muar.

Our 1st place we go was "ASAM FISH SHOP". We having our lunch at there. I noticed that the "ASAM FISH" in Muar quite different from Melaka. In Melaka, the ASAM FISH will be accompany by tomatoes, lady-fingers and long bean, but there is a plain ASAM FISH in Muar. I mean, only fish inside. Anyway, the taste was still good and the dish I think the best is " THAI STYLE TAUFU".. It's so nice! ( Forget to capture photos, all busy eating only). After that, we went to have cendol. The cendol is nothing different from Melaka cendol and I prefer cendol with red bean.

Once finished eating cendol, we went to TANJUNG. There is the place whereby the visitors can feed the monkeys. There are so many monkeys there and they are free to move here and there.. There're so cute! So, 5 of us went down and me and De Kai decided to feed the monkeys while the 3 siblings not even dare to go closer to the monkey's spot. I bought 3 packets of groundnuts to feed the monkeys. I found out that at the first moment they afraid of us, but ends up they're so enjoyed of eating "free groundnuts". Before I ended my last packet of groundnuts, I planned to go closer to the monkey and feed them nearer. Who know's, the monkey taken all my packet of groundnuts and clawed my hand. I did not know what the monkey tried to do, but I just smile at them and I did not get any hurt. All of them laughed at me! I felt funny too.. Then, we went to beside Muar River and see the scene from there. We also walked around the garden and saw many peoples there selling and buying foods beside the road.

Final destination that we went was something like "4th road" if I'm not mistaken la.. Haha! At there, I can saw many food stalls beside this road and many peoples buying foods at that time. I also packed 1 wan tan mee + otak otak ( Muar's famous food) for my dinner. After finished buying, we headed home to Melaka around 5.20pm.

It was an enjoyable trip to Muar and I would like to thanks to Huey Lian and family for entertained me when the time I'm in Muar.

Fund Raising for MMU MASTER 2009

This morning, supposingly in the schedule were 4 peoples incharged for finding sponsor for our badminton club biggest event- MMU MASTER 2009, but ends up only 3 who turn up. Me, Alex and Rachael are the only 3 committees went out for finding sponsors, and we started our activity sharp at 10.30am.

The venue that we had to incharge is around Batu Berendam area. I found out Batu Berendam area was a very hard place to find sponsors, because today we just managed to collect an amount of RM35. YES, RM35! What to do.. We had tried hard shops by shops, explain to the worker/boss in the shop that we are organizing this event, and hope to get some support from boss and so on. The boss ends up ending the conversation by NO. THANKS!

Through my observation, I found out that some shops' managers have a very good "acting skills" while we went through their shop for fund raising. The examples of the conversation as below:

Me: Good morning, sir.. We're from MMU BADMINTON CLUB. This April we will be having a biggest badminton event, MMU MASTER 2009 at Yok Bin Secondary School. This event is open category. Due to the limited budget, we need to find some sponsor to support us make this event successfully. Do boss willing to support us ? (Short cut text)

"BOSS": Err.. Boss not in... The incharge person also not in.. I cannot make decision. Sorry! Thanks. (Padahal sendiri boss!)

After listened to those comments, 3 of us felt so swt and speechless. We're not forcing them to sponsor us, but please don't cheat us and treat us like we're 0 knowledge human. We're university student la! Common! Haha... But is fine.. We at least managed to get other 3 companies that under consideration. Actually not bad la, now the economic situation so bad, got peoples want to sponsor feel thankful already. We ended our activities around 4pm.
