Gemuk Girl's

Yesterday went to KL PAC, Sentul with my theater class classmates to watch a stage show, which titled "Gemuk Girl's". Gemuk Girl team consists of 1 man and 2 woman. They're singaporean. We have to go and watch, then write a review for the play. It carrys mark for our coursework. So, all of us has no choice and it is also a good opportunity to watch a live play. I seldom get chance to watch live play.

We depart from Malacca around 5.40pm and reached there around 8.40pm. When we reached there, the show was already began, but not much affect us because one of the actor lying on the stage. We knew that he was lying for around 20 mins there. At first, I didnt know about the overall story, but after continue watch the play until certain period, finally I get it. They were actually criticize ISA. Their languages and pronounciation are very fluent and clear! Awesome!

What I feel suprise in this play was one people can carry more than 2 characters. It sounds fantastic but novice level like we all, hard to catch the message in the early stage. All of the actors spoke the dialogue using 3 languages, Chinese, Malay and English. After the play, the Director, Script Writer and 3 actors. They reveal their process of rehearsal and they need 9 months to practice the dialogue of the play. They also admit is a very hard tasks to practice Chinese.

After the play, all of us headed home and stop at the KFC in Plaza Tol Sg. Besi for our supper. Actually I should said it is our dinner because we haven't eat our dinner and the time we having KFC, the time was around 11.50pm. We reached Malacca 2.40am.

It was really a nice trip and I enjoyed it!

Failure and Success, which one better?

Everyone in this world hope they will become a success person one day. A person to become success, will it meet with "failure" in the journey to become success ?

Success sounds proud and happy if we achieved it. I believed 95% of peoples in this world will meet with "failure" before they really success. Success without failure, in other words, PERFECT does not bring any means to our success. It let us learn nothing. There are some peoples really enjoy PERFECT job.

On the other hand, failure really makes us learn a lot of new things. If we never meet with failure, we never want to learn new things. Failure will make us think what are the causes make us fail and how to solve this problem to become success later on. It brings many experiences to those who met with failure before. Although it's quite bad experiences, at least we alert of it and will not repeat the same mistakes again.

Please think of peoples like : Thomas Edison, Michael Schumacher... They really met with failure before!

Smile Moon

Hmm... Seriously I want to know the real story of this smile moon. I got this story from my housemates saying that last night was happening a smile moon.

According to him, this phenomena will happen once in many years, but I not sure how long will it repeat again. He added this phenomena happened due to Jupiter and Venus's position were in the line make the sun reflect the sunlight and create the smile moon. I'm not so sure what I said is true or not. Whoever knows please drop me a comment and let me know. Thanks.

Tonight the moon changed its mood to sad mood. Just imagine yourself by taking the moon in this picture and make it inversely.

Badminton Club Activities for Week 4

This post is to let MMU students and staffs know about the activities that MMU Badminton Club will organize in week 4. There will be :

(a) Free Playing session for MMU Badminton Club Members.

Members of Badminton Club can enjoy a free playing session on tomorrow, 1st Dec 2008. The purpose of having this free-play is for members get to know each other well. Members are required to bring their own racquet to play and the shuttlecocks will be provided by club. Members must bring along the membership card to prove themselves as a member of Badminton Club. The details as below:

Time: 5-7pm
Venue: Main Hall

(b) Smash Master 2008

On 6th and 7th of Dec 2008, Badminton Club organizes SMASH MASTER 2008. This competition is open to all MMU students and staffs. Who are interested, can drop by to our booth and register yourself there. There are many attractive prizes to be won. So, what are you waiting for ? Be the first to register in this tournament. BADMINTON CLUB MMU MELAKA

Nice Outing

Every Thursday can say is a day that "full of relaxation" for me and my friends. We choose Thursday because Thursday we only have 1 class, tutorial for BOM 2064, and it ends at 4pm. I can said almost every week of Thursday we sure have plan, thanks to our activity planner-Ms. Wong. Wakaka!

Yesterday we went for a buffet dinner at Seoul Garden. There were only 6 peoples involved, Me, DK, Lian, Nong, Mei Kee and Sze (Never has complete numbers of friends for Seoul Garden, because limited car seats.) Haha! We ate a lot of foods and like non-stop eating. It was really crazy and I ate until feel very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our foods and chit-chat. Sometimes, few of us create jokes and peoples can hear our laugh in the whole restaurant. So malu!

After finish eating, we went for shopping around Mahkota Parade. We just spent about 15 mins in the doll shop and some friends including me had bought a small key chain. It's looks cute! Once finish buying, we headed to the front door of Mahkota Parade and we realized that the decoration around Mahkota Parade about the Christmas was nice. At the same time, we imagine like we're celebrating Christmas on that moment. We can't wait for the upcoming Christmas. So, we ends up took some photos before went home.

Thanks for Lian always fetching us geng go here go there.. :) , and I can said yesterday was a happy day for 6 of us!

Time flowing...

I can feel that the time was moving very fast. This coming Monday will be the 3rd week for this short semester, huhu... And I was not updating my blog for quite a long time. I do not know why, should be free to update my blog, but still not update it until today. Let's review the history for the past 2 weeks...

I can said first week will be very free week for me. One lecturer canceled his first class and I only attended for 3 lecture session ( 8 hours) and there was no tutorial class for the 1st week.
Hmm.. I think I was busy with gaming and played sudoku.. Haha! Last weekends, 1 of my housemate suddenly got "feel" to become artist. He had invited me + 2 more housemates go for Go Go KTV. So, 3 of us just followed him and sing the songs for 3 hours crazily.

Week 2 was the week where my busy-ness started. All the lectures and tutorials was on and have to do the tutorials before entering the class.. Furthermore, lecturer had given the assignment topic for all the subjects and I had to form a group to do the assignment. In between the time, there was a small conflict happened and I hoped it was over and do not want to talk more here. My club also started to have meetings and tasks to do. Furthermore, I have booth duties for the MMU MASTER 2009 SUB-COMM RECRUITMENT and SMASH MASTER 2008 from week 2 until week4. Cham... Tiring~

For those MMU-ian who wish to join for MMU MASTER SUB-COMM RECRUITMENT, please go to our booth next week or do consult me. There are 5 division left, Sponsorship, Special Task, Technical, PR & HR and Program Flow. Publicity division was fulled. Hope to see more peoples participate in joining the sub-comm for this biggest event.

Last night, My housemates and I went for "QUARANTINE".. I can said this movie was best and those who really love "suprise" movie, please watch this movie. I guaranteed you will satisfied with this movie.

New sems ( Goodbye, KT!)

New semester begins tomorrow and I'll leave my hometown tonight. I purposely choose the latest trip back to Malacca because I do not have any classes on Monday and Tuesday.

This new semester is a short semester and it only has eight weeks before final exam. For this new semester, I had registered 3 subjects, Management Information System, Quality and Operation Management and Co-cu ( Theater).

New sems begins means the busy life begins too. There will be many many assignment, tests, quizzes, and exams coming.. Haha!! Pressure again..

To all my KT friends, take good care and stay happy always. See you all agains after 2 months.

Grade for exams..

Although this sems my results was dropped, I still happy with my achievement. Why I said so ? This is because I successfully maintain good results for my major subject [ BBA (HONS) BANKING AND FINANCE ].

So far, I had taken 4 major papers and all papers were in good grades ( although no A+) for me. I was very satisfied with my hardwork. One phrase that I learned from my Organizational Behavior subject, "PERFORMANCE CAUSES SATISFACTION!". This phrase really work for me.

Below are the four major subjects that I already taken so far:
(a) FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT 1 (A-)
(B) FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT 2 (A)
(c) FINANCIAL MARKET AND INSTITUTIONS (A)
(d) BANK MANAGEMENT (A)

I hope in the next remaining some major papers I can maintain my results, especially in 3rd semester, GAMMA and final year.

P/s: This post is not to show off my results. It just to motivate me to study harder next time.

Result Released

Around 6.10pm today, I received a sms from my friend saying that the result for Trimester 1 examination was released. I was very shocked after reading that sms. My heartbeat suddenly "increase its speed". I was scared because one of the subject in the potential of "FAILED!"

Without wasting time, I checked my result online.. I was very scared and once I successfully log into the site, I close my result status and open to view it slowly... I feel so relieved when the 1st word was "P" and i know already it was "PASS"... Fuh... Thanks GOD... I pass all the subject taken. After that, i calculate my GPA and found out I dropped compared to last sems. I was down because I had lost "YOU". Hopefully can grab back "YOU" next sems.

As for now, which holidays left few days, nothing to do at home. Accompany my family members and watching TV while doing my favourite "SUDOKU".. Now, I'm waiting for the grades of the subject. I was wondering what subject really make me lose "YOU"...
